The only thing that I have against this property is this starting 1 July they are charging to park.

The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. Pillows are too small and soft. Mattress feels worn. (Even with “Topper”) The TV volume would not go below “10” setting. Only option is to “Mute” sound. Room assigned was not same as one described in reservation made. It did not include a kitchen!

After the stay, we noticed an additional charge of $107.50 on our card. When we called the property, we were told it was a pet fee. The problem is that we were never informed about this fee at check-in, nobody asked us to approve it, and there was no clear pet checkbox or warning during our Booking.com reservation process. The day before, we stayed at another Comfort Suites booked through Booking.com, where there was a clear “traveling with pets” option, and we were not charged any unexpected extra fee. Charging over $100 after the stay without clearly informing the guest in advance feels unfair and misleading. If a hotel has a pet fee, it should be clearly disclosed before booking or at least at check-in, not silently charged to the guest’s card afterward. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone traveling with pets unless they are ready for unexpected charges.

Arrived late, lobby smelled like a dirty wet mop was used. HORRIBLE! Elevator smelled like fish. Our room smelled like mildew. I went to the front desk & ask for some air freshener. Was told he would have to come spray our room. He did, by the second day room started smelling a little better. Some mold in it. He said a guest had a dog & they gave it treats in the elevator, that was the smell! Blood on the side of our mattress.😬

The staff failed to inform guess they lost power and everyone was scrambling to find out why and how long it would be out. Not a great way to wake up. I understand these things happen just wish they were diligent enough to inform guest.

The property is old, had a lot of issues with the keys had to switch them like 4 times because it wouldn’t open my door

The air conditioning worked great, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the location was very convenient for many of the places I needed to visit. I was placed in a room with a known loud sound due to construction. My room was changed immediately and I had no problems. The staff was very friendly and understood my concerns.
