We check in to room and immediately left could not stay in that disgusting room. Zoom in closely on photos seems to be mold, blood and who knows what else all over the walls, floors and ceiling.

Upon check in, we went to our room, and the door would not open. I walked back down to the office w9ndow and was given a new room. We entered that room began inspecting it. History tells us to check every room for mold and bugs before settling in. Upon inspection, no mold was found, however we did find signs of roaches. Not surprised, it's in FL and they are doing construction on the highway just outside the parking lot. As the night went on, we had bad feelings about the room and areas. I would get up constantly to check things out while my family slept. I keep find8ng baby roaches, killed and flushed them. Until I could not stay awake any l9nger at about 4am and I finally fell asleep. Luckily, my wierd feelings did not furnish any major issues, short of the roaches of course. Had it not been midnight at check in and my daughter suffering a migrane, we would have left due to the bugs, but we stayed out of necessity. We were in room 205 for reference.

First of all checking in was outside at a walk up window instead of an inside check in. First time opening the room little roaches ran everywhere. After getting my stuff loaded into the room I noticed there was no refrigerator so I got the ice bucket to fetch some ice and the ice machine was broken. some other guests stated that the ice machine has been broken for months. After going to bed I woke up with something crawling in my hair so I jumped out of bed and there was roaches all over the room 3 of them were in my hair. This was a terrifying experience I was unable to sleep the entire night having to keep the lights on to keep the bugs away and felling frightened about if they were gonna get on the bed again. Come morning time after a full night of no sleep I went to take a shower and there was bugs on the shower curtain I had to knock them off the curtain and washed them down the drain. After shower I went to get clothes out of my suitcase the roaches got inside of my suitcase with my clean clothes. This is the last thing I need is to bring the bugs home to spread in my home. I feel I am in need of a full refund from my terrible experience

The place is under construction so you can expect some mess and debris. When I was assigned my room and I went there it wasn’t even clean. He was still clean and come to find out it was leaking. Why would they submit your room that wasn’t clean and leaking? So if I go to the front And they moved me, out to a room that smelled heavily with smoke. I air out the room. It was a double bedroom with three pillows and two towels. Each night I asked for more pillows which I was promised, but then never got. The only good thing about my stay is I did ask for two towels and they gave them to me. When I needed any assistance, the staff with nowhere to be found I had to hunt for them very unfriendly and unprofessional for being a convention center, or just a hotel in general. The second to last night of my day, I found a roach crawling on the shower. I gave it a pass because sometimes you just find a roach. Last night there was another one crawling on my bed, as well as under my clothes when I picked them up to pack and under a bag. I hope I’ll bring your roaches with me! Needless to say I will not be staying there again. There’s lots of work With physical property, but also the personnel professionalism and cleaning this overall.

I don't recommend staying there unless it's a one night thing ... very dirty cockroaches, had nothing in the room but the bed and tv ..... no frig ...no microwave,.. no coffee ....staff was nice and the pool looked clean .. other than that ... not a good place to stay ..

This place is filth and gross. Checked in late after M.W. concert and received a dirty room with hair and bugs on linens. Asked for another room and it smelled like cat urine. We literally just got in the car and drove another hr at 1am to find another place. Wr didn't even stay. Nothing compares to pulling up with a man gojng to jail and another in the ambulance for swallowing his drugs. Stay away

La primera impresión horrible, no le recomiendo a nadie quedarse ahí y menos si anda con la familia , el cuarto olía horrible , entre y con la misma tuve q irme, y no se veía nada seguro el lugar ! Nunca había tenido tan mala experiencia, creo q no está habitable para nadie !

Nothing Roaches in my room.Bed smelled like smoke..Door had a gap in it.

The room was a huge room with just a king bed and a TV sitting on a desk. No refrigerator or microwave. People live there, welcome mats outside there rooms. Kids running all over. Very disappointing but you gt what you pay for.

Will never stay there ever in life. Saw two roaches. My son’s white socks turned black from walking on the floors. Strong order of weed and urine in the stairwell.

When we arrived, there were groups of people just hanging out outside, as if these people lived there. Lobby was closed and I had to ring the doorbell a million times. When the girl working night shift finally came to the call window, she looked intoxicated and my husband said she was one of the people that were outside hanging out. She gave us our key... went to the room and the room was FULL of sleeping people. I immediately went back, told her absolutely not, we are not staying here and even said "girl, this is absolutely ridiculous". DO NOT STAY HERE. This is a roach motel turned into a roach apartment complex. Read the reviews and believe them. Also, don't stay in Ocala altogether, unless you want bedbugs and roaches to come home with you. We arrived just after midnight and eventually had to go to Orlando because following this issue, we went somewhere else and had an even worse experience. Hints as to why I said roaches and bed bugs.
