Nothing Exceptionally dirty to the point of filthy with stains on floor, bed and mold on lamp shade and ceiling. Huge puddle where you park your car which had our shoes wet unloading car. Lights on outside that shone around curtains. The room stunk like dog and mold. Bad experience, not recommending it.

The crisp cold a.c The extremely slippery floors when you walk in slipped with in 4 steps into the room. It Like looked like it was just mopped when it obviously wasn't we were let in the room after midnight due to the concert we attended. The key card didn't work one one room. Then the other room they moved us to on there accord now a new one also didn't work the door battery was dead (early that morning so was some one else that had the same complaint) we had an unexpected guest( live gecko lizard)in the room among others I'm sure due to the rat droppings. On the "clean" floor next to the a.c. The Phone in the room didn't work to call front desk to notify them on the matters. The last complaint I had was the comforter on the bedding smelled Dewey was not a fan

Parking was outside my door They had construction on site which we wasn’t aware of. The pool wasn’t working. They had lotion in the shower instead of conditioner

Very attractive property. Easy off/on access to I-75. Cheerful and helpful staff. Large, clean, comfortable and well-designed room. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Minor in nature but in the bathroom the toilet tissue holder needed repair. The right side of the holder was broken and so tissue was on the back of the toilet tank. Also, the tub faucet was loose and needed tightening but it didn't prevent us from enjoying a good shower.

Stayed in the room with 3+ beds and the price and accommodations were better than I had expected and will stay there again.

The restaurant lady was very unkind. She looks very angry most of the time.

Breakfast was good. Decent variety. Clean area. Staff was excellent. Room was neat and clean. Only issue, floors were dirty. In both rooms.

I did not partake of the breakfast this time but it was ok the last time I stayed here. Who in their right mind would put the handicap rooms on the backside of the hotel away from the parking area? It took a genius to think of that. The room was invested with little black bugs. I killed 5 of them and I'm sure there were probably more. If you're going to have lights along the walkways at night you need better drapes and curtins in the rooms. Our room was lite up like daytime during the night. Very hard to sleep with that much light coming through the windows. Water was seeping through the floor just outside the bathroom in front of the coffee maker. Had to put a towel down during the night to soak up the water.
