Everything was clean, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable The windows are so thin with its close location to the highway You hear everything from the road all night long and it makes it impossible to sleep with the outdated air conditioner.

Dont go by the pics. I will say the staff is nice and helpful. BUT the place is dirty and run down. I had roaches in my room. The floors looked and felt extremely dirty. There are really suspicious looking people around all the time. stayed here on 2 separate occasions and the second was worse than the first.

Right off 75 very convenient. Rooms were nice. First room key would not work so went back to desk, try again still can't get in. Changed rooms no problem. Breakfast, nothing special usual items. Coffee was alright.

Nothing Was given key to an occupy room. 2nd room had roaches and ants all over including bed. 3rd room was better but had ants on the sheet as well.

I attended an event at UF and drove there from the BriteLine station in Orlando. This is an excellent choice: far enough away to get out of the high prices & noise near UF and on the way back to Orlando.

In general , the building, stairs, hallways was not as expected. Dirty and run down.

Nothing, will never stay there again. We stayed at the same hotel last year and it has gone down significantly in one year. Found a cockroach to late to transfer rooms. The finish around doors was not completed and worn. The ceiling had dirty/mold spots on it. The breakfast had 2- people working but the food was not coming out fast enough and people were waiting around. The quality of the eggs was terrible.

It was decent. Stayed 2 nights. Checked in and 1st room we went in was occupied and then 2nd was dirty. Then the following day had to goto the front because key cards didn’t work. Just an inconvenience.

Clean and nice beds. Hotel was nice, but did not like the doors opening to an outside balcony. I would not have reserved if I knew that ahead of time
