Loved the connecting room option it was very spacious. Loved the amenities loved the views and how close it is to everything

room was small for 2 people but other than that we enjoyed our stay! it’s so close to everything which was a plus! would stay again

Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in but the housekeeping was amazing the pool was great location couldn’t be any better. Only down fall room had a lot of windows with no curtains so it was bright at all times.

We stayed in room 61... everything was clean. Towels were fresh. Only blinds at the windows but that was fine. Bathroom was small but functional. Same with the room... functional for a one night stay for 2 people. The view of the inlet was wonderful. Great to sit out in the morning and watch the boats go by. Tv worked fine. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower. No complaints! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We didn't bring shampoo because we're used to having it in the room. Went down and asked if they happened to have any and they provided the regular hotel sample size...ever so grateful! Recommend you give it a try

The problems began immediately at check-in, when we were told that we had to provide an additional $100 deposit. This charge had not been clearly disclosed or explained to us beforehand. At checkout, we received only $90 of that deposit back and were told that $5 per person had been deducted for housekeeping. This was particularly frustrating because our room was not actually serviced by housekeeping during our stay. Charging guests a housekeeping fee for a service that was not provided is difficult to understand or justify. The staff were also less than helpful when we raised questions and concerns. Rather than making an effort to address the issues or provide a reasonable explanation, we were left feeling as though our concerns simply did not matter. Overall, this stay was a significant disappointment. Between the difference between the advertised photos and the actual accommodations, the unexpected deposit and housekeeping charges, the lack of housekeeping service, and the poor customer service, we felt that the hotel was not accurately represented when we made our reservation.

The location is great. If you’re not going to be in your room much then this place is worth it alone for the location. The rooms are very small and out dated. Picture bare minimum, no microwave, no curtains on windows, no tub, and no extras. I did request a fresh sheet change for the bed and those sheets did smell fresh and clean. The room was clean and the staff were nice and helpful.

If you are just looking for a bed to sleep on, thats what you get here. Its old and outdated. Rooms are just big enough for the bed. The AC is window mounted units which was very loud. The room was clean and a fraction of the cost of all other hotels.

The location is great, you’re right at the southside of town on the water, comes with free passes to fishing pier where we watched a dude catch a shark, that was pretty cool, ice machine and a little beach area for the kids to play, nice little patio area with picnic tables and stuff, bathroom is about the size of the interior of a small car, which isn’t ideal but it worked, could have been cleaner but wasn’t any bugs or anything Bathroom size is about the only thing, other than that it was a nice place, we really only used as a locker room, we sat out side and drank and watched the sky and people, made friends with our neighbors. Good times overall

We had a great time at this Motel. It was a great location and the staff was very kind. We will definitely return.

Check then when around to room could not get door open.Could not even 4 door open.Come back to office, find my personal information on desk. no one in office there for a good while us to give our keys or try to open up the door. Went on vacation, drove 3 and a 1/2 hours to go there just to have to turn around to come back. Very disappointing business is very unprofessional, in my opinion.

Location and price We stayed at oceanic motel years ago several times . They have let the place run down so much over the years. Same old stain carpet and very basic repairs over the years. Needs updated

Great location, beautiful views. Bathroom very small.

The spot was very nice. I was happy to have gotten the patio area it was kinda secluded for my girlfriend and I. We weren’t pleased with the unclean bedsheets but Mr. Brian was very attentive. I was super pumped for the pool and if asked yes I would stay again as long as I’m in the same patio area. Loved loved loved being near the beach and the private beach.

Great place To stay if you wanna get up and fish. Proximity to Boardwalk is great as well.

We needed maid service cause we got sand everywhere and even though the maid service came they didnt vacuum so we were still stepping on sand.

Seriously outdated. Off season we are Hilton Oceanfront Suites people. Our summer OC budget can't hang with Hilton ? So we afforded what we could afford. Had fun with joking about wild and rough beach stays. What happens in OCMD stays in OCMD ? This was a teens trip to experience H2O under 21 club. Teens LOVED the vibe of the hotel. Easy walk to jet skis and boardwalk.
