One petty thing, is that the shower was a pain because all of my items had to sit on the floor. No shelving in the shower. Also, bring your own TP. The office isn't always open.

The location was great, I was there for the white Marlin and it was an easy walk to the boat! The host was helpful and readily available, check-in was quick! If that isn’t enough…the property and my room was clean, spacious and comfortable. One of the most important things for me traveling is a clean room, this one was. The bed was comfortable, the shower was large, there is a mini fridge, microwave and pod coffee maker, everything I needed. Also, the place was quiet all the time I was there and not loud trying to sleep. I will definitely return.

Proper was fairly close to the boardwalk. It was nice and quiet, not many people, so that was nice. Parking was $15 a day. Didn’t really like that as parking is usually included. No one came to clean our room or provide clean towels. The floors were gritty from sand on arrival. I had so go downstairs to the office and request them from Nick. I was told the cleaning lady wasn’t feeling well and left. During my check in, I gave Nick my card in his hand. I reach for it back twice, when he was done. He saw me and still placed it in the counter. I didn’t appreciate that. He didn’t seem welcoming. I wanted to leave but had already paid for the first night, so I stayed.

Great location and spacious rooms Cleaned daily, parking available for a fee Very basic materials used in this fairly new constructed building. I know its a beach town, but no pictures, no dresser for clothes. Kitchenette is worn and no handles to open cabinet. Bathrooms is basic at best.

The only thing we did not like was the shower was very slippery from soap (need a mat) and nowhere to put your soap, shampoo, etc inside the stall other than the floor. Water pressure was great though. Also very convenient location. Boardwalk maybe 3 short blocks away. Parking also was very good. Easy in and out. We’d highly recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness and great location Broken fridge, the freezer part constantly was defrosting into the fridge. Beds were very uncomfortable. Price was outrageous for two nights. Management was never in the office to get some questions answered. And last but not least. The man held an incidental fee which is understandable, but never released it at time of departure.

Very clean room and property .pleasantly surprised by Very Large room and Large bathroom, Nice laminate flooring, kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave. So close to bay and boardwalk. No main Lobby. Disappointing that you pay extra to park onsite per night. But a great no frills place so close to attractions. Was also very quiet.

It was a big, spacious room with great A/C. It was very simple but sparkling clean. I was expecting a bit more from the kitchenette. There was not an ice machine and parking under the building was not included.

My husband and I visited the area for an event and booked for 3 nights. Very friendly staff made check-in easy. The room was easily accessible, very clean and comfortable. Street parking was a bit tricky so we opted to pay for an on-site parking permit that reserved a spot during our stay. Being right next to the bay and a quick walk to the boardwalk/beach made the location perfect for us. We enjoyed our short stay.

Me and my husband had a great time the hotel was near everything and clean and the staff was really nice .

Host was friendly and checked us in a little early. Walking distance to the beach. Parking lot was very tight. Had to pay additional to park. Had to call for towels. Person staying above us was EXTREMELY loud. Towels had possible blood stain on edges. Bed was stiff. The view out the window was not a pleasant sight. Freezer didnt keep foods frozen. Just has extreme basics. Nothing extra at all. No vending machines. Ice machine. Nothing.
