only external appearance The hotel service is appalling. There is free parking for only five cars; everyone else has to park three blocks away. Walking from the parking area to the hotel in the summer heat and humidity is miserable, especially for older guests. The parking lot near the hotel shown in the photo is a paid lot and does not actually belong to the hotel. During our three-day stay, our room was never cleaned and the towels were never changed—despite us hanging the "please clean" sign on the door—even though the website promises daily housekeeping. There wasn't a single hook in the entire room to hang a towel or bathrobe. Only the desk lamp worked; the bedside lamps didn't. It feels like the hotel is on the verge of going out of business. As for the beach: it is so vast that you have to walk about half a mile across hot sand to reach the ocean. We were forced to leave the hotel a day early due to the poor level of service.

I enjoyed it being by the water and also I had a balcony unit that I was able to see the beach from. Also, they had lots of shops in the area where my unit was so I enjoyed my stay. One thing I didn’t like about the rooms where they were so close next to the other room when you went out on the balcony, it was like you didn’t have any privacy how close the balconies were to each other other than that it was OK

Not enough on site parking

Location was good. Staff were good. The beds were HORRIBLE (hard - creek every time you moved), the shower was terrible, the toilet was to low to the ground, the TV was to small, holes all there the wallpaper, no pictures, needs a lot of Upgrade, toilet paper holder was all rusted, etc.

Loved everything about it

Very nice location with a nice view of the ocean. Staff were nice and approachable. Concerns about room were attempted to be fixed. Limited parking, TV in room didn’t work for first night and when we got it on couldn’t find any nice channels.Also sliding room door not thick enough we could people on boardwalk laughing and having a good time while we were trying to get sleep.
