Pool and hottubs were great. Front porch overlooking the boardwalk/beach was amazing. Location was perfect. Rooms are very small and kinda dirty. Was super bummed all the rooms didn't have balconies (my fault for not actually reading the room info). Parking is a joke, nowhere to park at the hotel so have to park in overflow parking which was a couple streets over.

Hotel is in an ideal location to everything. It’s on the boardwalk, has 2 restaurants right on the hotel, rooftop pool including bar and live entertainment.

I wouldn’t know. Booking screwed me out of staying there by screwing up my reservation. The fact that booking.com screwed up and won’t make it right.

The location was convenient to the boardwalk and the beach! The staff was careless and rude, the maintenance guy was the only nice and reliable person and was quick and efficient. We had to ask for towels 8 times, and only received towels once out of a 5 day stay for 4 people. When we went about it to get ourselves towels the staff yelled at us and was rude. We were told “someone will bring towels” or they would ask if we need anything and we would tell them “towels please” multiple times and we never got them. We also didn’t have our room cleaned or beds made at all the whole stay.

We had to get our own towels every day. I have been coming here for years and the last 2 times there was no maid service. Have to rethink my stay

Location It was dirty and the manager Christina was very rude and mean. You could smell skunk weed all through the hotel.

We love the place! The pool bar is right out back, and being on 2nd Street, you have everything around you. We park the car, and that's it; everything is within walking distance The parking is the only issue. When you get there, you drive in circles for a while, hoping for a spot. They have an overflow lot that's two streets over. We usually have to park there.
