Breakfast process was cumbersome and I didn't get a chance to use my 10% discount! The food was GREAT! Walking thru the lobby coming from pool while dressed restaurant guests were using elevator for dinner.

Everything was good until the fire alarm went off for no reason and the building was evacuated middle of the night.

The bayfront location is pristine, the property is horrible. There are many nicer places to stay in Ocean City. This should not be marketed and priced similarly to those hotels. Without major renovation, updating, and/or improvements, this property belongs in the class of a Motel 6 or similar and should be priced accordingly. That way those visiting will not expect quality and are willing to sacrifice comfort and cleanliness for budget.

This property was located within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view which my son totally enjoyed! The only thing missing was room service. We would definitely stay there again.
