Being by the water was nice..parking was close to my room. The ac worked great..The woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating..the room was just the right size for my stay and for the price..I got what I paid for ? The bed was very uncomfortable..the mattress was old , could feel the springs in my back when I laid down.

Location was OK. Nice view of the bay. Electrical outlet malfunction kept tripping breaker for my room. No noise policy. People partying til 4am. Desk person walked in our room at 9:30 pm without knocking.

I liked the location, staff was wonderful it wasnt perfect but you get what you pay for and I would stay here again!

Great location Multiple noise complaints, undisclosed parking and deposit fees upon check in, AC was broken and they could not fix it, sheets were stained, toilet was wobbly.

Price and that’s all The bed was dirty and broken. Room was smelly. They didn’t gave my money back for just any breaking things in the room or anything like that. However we returned the room in a same condition!! :/

It had bed bugs Didn’t give refund when I told them they had beg bugs and mouse shit in the dresser draws , even took a live bug to the office and they didn’t care they just canceled my stay without refund. I was stuck in a different state with my child with a certain amount of money and they wouldn’t even offer another room or my money back. Even had to call police , manager did come but didn’t do anything to help the situation what so ever and still didn’t get my money back so if booking could help me with that that would be great!

It was not clean. Found a pair of dirty socks under the bed. Found the actual TV. Remote behind the mini fridge so that tells me that they don't clean under the bed or behind the fridge. You can hear the people above us and next to us all night. What hotel has their own parking lot behind the hotel and charges you to park there instead you park on the street and the people that live have to put up no parking signs just to make sure no one blocks their driveway. Very poor design. The sink is in the room not the bathroom. Everything

Having a front and back door was nice. Access to bay & staff knocked on door second day with extra towels, washclothes and a roll of toilet paper. Pillow cases & bed sheets stained, balcony and bedroom lights did not work, no hot water in bathroom sink & very low water pressure. We were hoping balcony was on Bayside instead of street side but it wasn't. Beds were not as big as advertised.

No water pressure to even take a shower …and you have to pay for parking which they seek more passes than spaces so that’s not garunteed

Location was great. Convenient for boardwalk and getting to wear we need too. Room was clean, room service was great and brought us fresh towels each day. Only thing sink in bathroom leaked and wouldn’t turn all the way off but overall no complaints we enjoyed our stay.

The air conditioning unit kicks on every 10 minutes and sound like the airplane taking off. You could hear people talking from your adjacent room and hotel guess from upstairs walking.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t much I liked The staff seemed unwilling to help and did the bare minimum. Upon arrival, the bed had a large footprint on it and was broken in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Price Pictures were not what was in rooms. The lamp didn't work after i told them about it after check in.

Right by the bay, not a terrible walk to the ocean. Stores and restaurants are close by. One of the staff members was not very nice. Could barely understand him because he was essentially whispering and had an accent which made it even harder to understand him. Went to him about a problem with our toilet, didn’t really seem to care and told me he can give me a plunger and I can fix it. That wasn’t the problem, the toilet just ran non stop and wouldn’t flush. We also booked for a 3rd floor room with a balcony, we did not get that. Will be staying elsewhere next time.

There were 2 remote controls to the TV but couldn't get either to work tv. Had to get someone working front desk to come and try to get it working but couldn't. Then he said he would get someone to come look at it. A few hours later, I asked if they got it fixed, he said no the guy was out of town. So I was expected to spend my 2 nights there without cable/tv!! I explained that to the front desk person at checkout and she said they would look into it. I was hoping for some reimbursement but I have not heard from anyone!!

The property was in a nice location by the bay and not a far walk to the beach.
