Dirty linens, multiple stains. Stuff on the walls, and shower tiles breaking and falling out. Moldy.

OC was great but the hotel was nasty. The corners of the floor were dirty. The grout from the tile was chipped up. The cable system was crap. The toilet looked like it fit for a little person not a full grown adult. The seat is so had some peely stuff coming off of it. The furniture was coming apart. It looked like it was bought at a Goodwill. Fix everything that I mentioned

Beds not that comfortable. Late night younger people coming back running up and down steps and just be loud at 2am

Getting a call while at the beach asking if we’re still checked in weird one day in and I wanted out left for another place wasted a weekend

This place was really nice for the price. The other reviews might have had bad rooms but ours was very nice. The internet didn't reach our room. Yall can just go to Walmart thats 20mins away and buy a booster for upstairs.

Over all it wasn't the worst place we have stayed in ocean city and even with paying and additional $10,00 dollars a day to park in the lot behind the Motel it was still a good deal but the Bed was freaking horrible smashed down in the center of it and just totally destroyed my back and Neck and the comforter looks like something from the 50s

No where to hang clothes. No WiFi. Run down druggie motel. In my opinion not even worth $50 a night. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. & I’ve stayed sketchy places. Bed was broken & sagging. 3.5 outta 10. At least it smelled clean!

Erin Room was good . Employees were good Would definitely book again Didn't think we should have to pay for parking on premises though

The front desk personal was nice The rooms were dirty. There were bugs in the rooms as well. Plus they separated our rooms from our kids.

Location was great. Just a few blocks from the beach. When we got there, the ac was off and upon turning it on, it was not working properly. It took us going twice to the office letting them know that turning the ac up to 65 and using their handheld fan still did not help, to move us to another room that had a working ac.

Location was great. Easy check-in and checkout. Cute little front porch area. Cost was great as I was doing a quick overnight trip. The air conditioning was very poor. Barely cooled the room. Sheets and towels were fine, but comforters could use replacement as they were dated and had holes in them. Overall this was a basic retro motel that could be elevated with minor renovations.
