At check-in, I was never given a parking permit for my vehicle, which resulted in my car almost being towed. This situation was completely avoidable and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, the property was not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. The common areas appeared dirty, and the pool area was especially disappointing. There were no towels available, and water was left all over the floor, creating an untidy and unpleasant environment. The breakfast experience was also below expectations. The menu offered little to no variety, with essentially the same food being served every day throughout my stay. This became repetitive and did not reflect the quality I expected. Overall, my experience fell well below the standards I anticipated. I hope you will review these issues seriously and consider providing appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Good location, clean room and friendly staff

Everything was great. Although I didn’t understand why the bathroom did not have a fan. There seemed to be a switch but there was no working fan.

Hospitality The air was very dry, I left early because it was unbearable . It woke my son and myself up out of our sleep

Nice enough hotel. Was put in handicap room even though did not book this option. Hotel was clean and room was also clean. The AC unit sounded like a jet engine starting up and shutting down each time it cycled which was many times. Was enough to wake you up on occasion. Complimentary breakfast was par for course. Homeless man came in and grabbed a few coffees while we ate. Would stay again though so good but not great.

But this hotel did not meet up to the Marriott standards. Rooms were stuffy, hallway was stuffy, Gym was warm as well. Don’t bother mentioning you have a pool. Breakfast was not good.

The hotel was conveniently located and very close to the beach, which made our stay more enjoyable. The cleanliness was not satisfactory. I informed the staff that the room needed cleaning, but the floor remained dirty throughout our stay. This was especially concerning because I was traveling with young children. In addition, the breakfast was served cold and the food selection was limited and not very impressive.

Location was good, only 2 blocks from beach/boardwalk was able to walk, lots of activity around the hotel was able to find other activities near bye. there wasn't too much i didnt like

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect.

The staff was amazingly helpful kind and friendly. The breakfast was good. Every area was clean. The balcony in the pool area was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Excellent breakfast

Breakfast was very good... Staff was pleasant and helpful... Being I was sick a couple of days...the room was very comfortable... No comments

Biggest problem was mold in the bathroom. Staff was great, breakfast was great. I did get a refund

The hotel was clean and spacious. There was a balcony with seating. That was probably my favorite part about the room. You could see the ocean and the bay clearly even though we were a block or two away. Each morning there was a hot breakfast with a variety of options. Staff were mostly friendly. The only complaint was the noise. You could hear other guest banging and walking up and down the hall all hours of the day and night. Also, our room was next to a side road. Every night it sounded like people were having a party outside. The hotel was pet friendly and they offer a goody bag and treats for your fur baby which was nice.
