Crystal Beach Hotel

The hotel was wonderful. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby is in one building on the second floor and we were in the boardwalk building. The balconies had no petitions

The one problem that came up at check-in, was the charge for parking for each auto that we brought for our vacation.

When we arrived there were still clothing articles from previous guests in the room AND we discovered our bathroom toilet was leaking, so we had to switch rooms after midnight on the first night of our visit. Then, the room they moved us to had other plumbing issues such as the shower having no cold water (only extremely hot!) and somehow, they ran hot and not cold water to the toilet in that room. So, we stayed for 2 nights, had to switch rooms after midnight the first night and had no functioning shower. What is this place going to do if someone sues over a child getting burned by the tub/shower hot water issue? There were also long dark hairs on the ceiling in bathrooms and other areas. I expressed my frustrations to a manager upon checking out yet no steps were taken to address any issues. I would NEVER stay here again and would give ZERO stars if that was an option.

The balcony was nice and had a good view of the ocean on the 5th floor of the main building. Parking was provided without explaining the daily charges. There was a significant nor' easter that caused considerable damage to Ocean City while there and caused us to leave 2 days early. No consideration offered for early departure. I would not stay here again.

We stayed in a dog friendly room, I would suggest removing carpet from these toiles to help with odor. Really happy overall for the value and plan to come back to this hotel.

Great experience! First time staying and will definitely be staying there from now on! If you can, the oceanfront is absolutely worth it to splurge on.... such an amazing view!

Everything good, I enjoyed my stay, check in and out fast, I got the room exactly what I booked for, partial ocean view, is still good to see sunrise from my balcony. Staff is very friendly. Room is spacious and clean . I like the bathroom is so big and looks new bathtub, but the shower pressure is little weak but it is ok, the poor with the bar is nice place to relax. Thank you !

This property smelled so clean would love to know what cleaning solutions they are using.

I didn't like the fact that I left early do to bad weather and they wouldn't refund me the last night rental 😒

Great service and room had a great view

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and polite. The only issue I experienced was that the water pressure in the restroom was weak. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was very good, and the service was excellent.

Clean room great spot right on the boardwalk and Beach couldn't ask for more

The room was clean and spacious enough for two. The freezer in the refrigerator worked extremely well. The pool/bar Barracuda had great mud slides and their food was great. The hotel is settled nicely on 23rd street being low key quiet.
