checking in was a bit of issue but after that visit was good. location is great

I love everything else but asked to clean my room and they never cleaned.

The property was okey, need some renovation. The sliding door was very hard to open and no screen door. The microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker were very old. We have to pay for parking and there was no breakfast provided. The AC unit was noisy. The cleaning lady Anastasia was very nice!

We stayed in an oceanfront room in the boardwalk building.

Ocean front pool was not cleaned well for the 3 days we spent there. Chairs dirty with seagulls crap balcony needs some up keep. Seems they upkeep in new building much more than old oceanfront building.

Second time staying there. Fair price and wonderful place to stay.

Rooms and facilities were great. The ocean view was spectacular. Front desk personnel was exceptional. The only surprise was paid parking. Definitely worth a return visit!

You have to pay for parking. Our pullout couch did not have sheets. Room smelled. Had to ask multiple times for every item.

Had asked the front desk at check in if there was any free upgrades. They did upgrade us to a better veiw room.

Location, pool looked clean, fresh towels every day. Disappointed in the water pressure in our room for showering and it was only luke warm, at no point was it hot.

I like that we have access to to the beach and the pool and everything is walkable but it should have been free parking and also my room wasn’t ready after I drove 4 hrs I still had to wait another 1hr to get the room ready I understand it was booked and short staff and some staff was training but otherwise I might be back but the management need to do better my housekeeper catalya was awesome and Maria she helped me with the vending machine they need a raise and it was my birthday weekend I enjoyed the view and it was a great reset for me.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the free parking was a huge bonus. We also appreciated how peaceful this part of the boardwalk is while still being close to restaurants and attractions. If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with amazing views, I definitely recommend Crystal Beach Hotel. We would happily stay here again! 🌊☀️

Location to the beach Toilets and shower were outdated.

The pool with the bar and restaurant was so convenient. It was a far walk to other activities.

Bar and pool was very affordable and food was good. Offered great discounts for the attractions.

What they don't tell you: There is now an (approximately) $12/day parking fee that's not posted on 3rd party vendor sites. Unlike some of the other hotels with kitchenettes, there are no dishes, glasses, or flatware in any of the cupboards, so you'll have to bring your own. It's not a big deal, but just know that up front. When they say "City view," you could actually be looking at the side of the next building or the parking garage, not the bay. (We spent the whole day on the beach, so we didn't care.) No safes are provided in the rooms. Finally, shortly after check in, we had an issue with our toilet not working. Although they worked on it, the problem returned later that night. I called the front desk, but by then, maintenance had gone home. I asked for a new room. "We'll work on that." We went to bed. I awoke at 4:30 am and had to walk across a parking lot to use the poolside restroom. Finally at 5:00 a.m. we moved to a smaller but nicer room. Supposedly no amt. of refund because we used a 3rd party vendor. I would however still stay here again.

Great location, free parking and nice bar/pool outdoors setup.

Clean, close to the beach(right on the boardwalk) pool and Barracudas were so nice!
