Crystal Beach Hotel

We got in about 7 pm and got our keys to room we had trouble unlocking door to room 538. Once inside we we seen it was 75 degrees in room but could not adjust the air. We decided to go back k out and could not open the door it was stuck. It took two of us to pull it open then we had trouble closing the door. We finally closed it but all you had to do was push and it would open. We went to front desk and she said she would call maintenance. The door open a bit easier but there is something wrong with the door and for two ladies on vacation it is important to feel safe which I didn’t feel that room was safe for our stay.

Need to carpets in hallways they were worn and stained

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The location is good.

Everything was excellent but the unexpected parking fee which was always included in the past room rates

I no go to this hotel any more!

Room was very clean. Bed was firm and comfortable. Elevators were fast.

Overall we would consider staying here again but hopefully not in the same room with all those issues and would get to the main pool earlier! We were in room 438 for reference!

Rooms were clean and spacious. The balcony of the partial view was way more than advertised. A little confusing to find the front desk for chexk in, but not a big deal. Parking is plentiful given the beachfront location. Overall great stay.

Love everything about Barracuda’s! The bartenders the service, the food, the drinks excellent! Beautiful view of the ocean. Rooms were clean and staff were pleasant.

Room was extremely clean, the space is great also access to two different pools. Hotel is located in a great location. Definitely recommend the hotel.

There are two buildings to this hotel- one on the beach/boardwalk and the other on Baltimore Ave. The pool with the bar/restaurant was the building on Baltimore Ave, not the beach. I wish that would have been made more clear and a choice given as to which building you want to book. The pools closed at 8pm and the bar/restaurant shortly after, which was disappointing. The pools were small. The room was "ok". I wouldn't rate it as excellent. It was clean overall but noisy early in the morning.

Been staying there for years place is amazing.

2. We had 2 rooms, asked for 1 hour late check out for one of the rooms, but the request was denied.

Hotel room was set at 71 and room was hot. They had the thermostat locked. They sent a staff member to drop it down 2 degrees. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Other than that was avg hotel at best.

Fine hotel, but average rooms, service, and average overall value for the price.

I would stay here again it really was super clean!!

The bar and pool were great,room were big,just the bed was uncomfortable thats all to sleep and mushy pillows,but everything else great.

Rooms were very clean and staff was able to accommodate us with another room when we arrived, only complaint is they run out of bathroom linens when they get to 5th floor we were unable to get washcloths most of our stay.
