The hotel staff were very friendly and pleasant. However, upon entering the room, I discovered the air conditioning unit was leaking and requested a repair. A repairman arrived shortly after, but while he was working on it, water from the unit gushed from the ceiling—right behind the unit and near the bathroom—and spilled onto the floor. The repairman immediately called for housekeeping, and the mess was cleaned up thoroughly; they also provided extra towels. While I appreciated the front desk's quick response and the efficient handling of the situation, I wish the unit had been checked beforehand to avoid the inconvenience. One other issue was the coffee pot; it still had stubborn, old coffee stains inside from a previous use that hadn't been cleaned off. Aside from these points, everything else was great.

We were there for a little under a week. Booked an oceanfront room with balcony. Reported a maintenance issue with the tub drain and that was repaired immediately. The room was cleaned every day. Staff was personable and helpful. Never ate or drank at the restaurant but it is directly next to the outdoor pool. Balcony overlooked the ocean. Previous owner in Ocean City for over 17 years, and the location of this building on the boardwalk was perfect. No real complaints over the noise. Location for us was perfect. The outdoor pool had more sand in it then expected. Would book again.

Very reasonable rates and well kept property. Pool was always clean and pool loungers always had a clean, folded towel. Our room faced the ocean and it had awesome view with very clean and well kept rooms.

Hotel is a bit dated but very very clean !! Loved the hotel right on the boardwalk and right on the beach beautiful views.. Very convienient to All the stuff we were interested in.. Pool was very nice and not too crowded!! Will def stay again!!!

Hotel is ocean front its very quiet wich was great but the rooms are old and there is a heavy smell of marihuna around the whole property also the elevetor is sketchy af kept stoping randomly, the parking spots are tiny as hell too but i noticed that was anywhre we went to in ocean city

The satellite Cafe next to the hotel wasn't to customer friendly. The young lady demeanor was a little snippy, when need to asked questions . I decided to do doordash to order breakfast .

We stayed in room 109 and it was okay except for the loud gurgling sound coming from the sink and the air conditioner was very loud when it was turning on and off

Very clean, perfect location, comfortable beds. The only thing the shower either was really hot or really cold but didnt tell the front desk until check out and they said maintenance will look at it.. would definitely stay there again.. right on the boardwalk

Decent hotel since its mainly just a place to sleep. if youre going on a beach vacation staying in the room is not ideal. The little restaurant has good breakfast options and typical bar food for lunch. The staff is great and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily and quite early as well which is a plus for us. The hallways a very narrow so be aware of that. The toilets are very low to the ground so that may be an issue for some. There is only one ice machine located on the first floor and no other vending machines on the premises. I had to walk down the boardwalk for that stuff. Great location, great view (had ocean front) ill probably stay here again.

Had a problem with our room being cleaned. First 2 days great, 3rd day no one cleaned our room and I had to call down to the desk for clean towels. Fourth day I had to remind the maids to clean our room, after that all was great. Rooms are a b,it dated. Bathroom needs new caulking. That being said location is great and staff helpful. Beds are great and comfy. Even though we had those minor problems, I would stay there again.
