Every time we go to Ocean City we always stay at this hotel. It is clean and staff is always so helpful! Accessibility to the beach is easy and the beach viewed are amazing.

The property feels like a resort oasis. The staff is so friendly, I feel like I know them personally.

Staff was super nice, and if you decide to show before check in time, they will give you a parking pass. They will also give you a call if they have your room early. Overall for the location, and the quality you’re getting, it’s pretty good.

The mattress was terrible and the dog park in front of the place was awful! Pictures showed were not what the rooms looked like

I was given a key to someone else’s room. So when I went to the room I was assigned/told to go to (with my 2 children), it was an already occupied room. Thank goodness the people staying there were not in the room, but their personal belongings were all over the room. That made me feel like the hotel was very unsecured, because if I can enter someone else’s room, that means the same error can happen to someone else and they have access to my personal belongings. I had to go all the way back to the front desk and get the correct room key for my room. I will not be staying there again

The property was right on the ocean. Everything was within walking distance. We had a really really good time. We definitely come back again in the future.

Beds were too soft for adequate sleep

The room was clean with no carpet when you come into it, and It had a nice kitchenette. The staff was really friendly. For a room that supposedly had no ocean view you could see the ocean from the balcony. The stairs are little daunting if you are an older person because there is no elevator on the one side.

The check in was very nice. Rooms are a bit dated & bathroom is small. The ocean view & outdoor seating was best feature. We had no hot water to shower. The staff at the desk were all very nice * accommodating. Good place for a night or two.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. We were in the first floor but had excellent beach view.
