Convenient, View from Deck, Friendly Staff, Vending Machines because We ran out of bottled water to drive home with. The Bathroom. really small. And needs fresh painting in there. we also didn’t like that window while in the bathroom to the people going by..

Proximity to the beach Not as clean as I’ve seen before. The dog walking area out front isn’t monitored or cleaned up. The patio fills up with water from the AC and rain that doesn’t drain.

Loved that it was clean and the labels on the shower shampoos and soaps were large enough for my 57year old eyes to read.

I was booked for the Oceans Calling festival that was cancelled because of weather. When I contacted staff about a cancellation I was not responded to and was charged for a reservation I did not show up for.

Excellent beach view. Would stay here again

I can't say it was the best experience. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I was very disappointed, by the fact that it is a pet friendly hotel. I have no problem with people and their pets. I just don't want to hear them barking at night when I am trying to sleep. I didn't appreciate people walking their dogs, in front of the patio of our room, and letting their dogs do their business in the grass, in front of our patio. Of course there were those who would pick it up, but then again you could see where it wasn't picked up and the rain had flattened it out and it smelled! There were also a few dead fleas, one on a towel and one on the bed spread, I really didn't take time to look for them, they were just clearly visible. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I just feel that the pet owners should be in a wing, of the hotel with the other pet owners

The water pressure in shower was weak. The floors needed wet mopping. Walking around the room in white socks turned the socks dark on the bottom

Exceptional

I loved that this was on the boardwalk. I I didn’t like the bathtub. It was very deep. At times it was very difficult to get in and out.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the last few years. It’s a very nice location and has wonderful accommodations for your pet. I don’t like the fact that if you get a rambunctious family above you the noise is awful and makes relaxing or sleeping difficult.

The fan in bathroom was extremely loud. Not good late at night if someone went to bathroom.
