Clean friendly and pool restaurant every thing right there

Dated. Lamp not working. Grill on balcony missing piece so someone next door can just literally go through. Can see trash on roof next to the corner room. Pillows had stains. Don’t believe them when they give you a room “based on availability”. Not true. They found a room after i asked to change it (which i was grateful for). So the first front desk person gave me the wrong info. Loved the 24/7 cafe and location. 3 front desk employees need customer service training. All this for over $900 for 2 nights. I should have just stayed at a Marriott because based on past experiences, they hold class better. Lesson learned.

Being right on the beach was absolutely perfect, and having both indoor and outdoor pools was such a great bonus. One of our favorite parts of the stay was being able to step right out onto the Boardwalk. We ended up walking the Boardwalk every single night, enjoying the ocean air, the atmosphere, and everything Ocean City has to offer. The Grand gave us exactly what we were looking for—a relaxing beach getaway in a great location with everything we needed close by. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! ❤️🌊🏖️

Unfortunately, the common areas of the hotel, including the pool area, were not very clean. The overall cleanliness of the shared spaces was disappointing and took away from the experience. With some updates to the rooms, a better bathroom setup, and more attention to cleanliness throughout the common areas and pool, this hotel could be much better.

Perfect Location, Great Hotel! Will stay here again. We had a direct oceanfront room. The rooms were huge as well as the balcony! Very clean hotel. Restaurants, 24hr coffee shop, ice cream shop, convenience store, etc all at the hotel. Located directly on the boardwalk, but away from the hustle and bustle of all the noise.

The room and surrounding areas were very clean and well maintained. I liked the facilities and shops downstairs. The Epic bar room also has karoake. What a nice place. The advertisement was false because it said we had a king, queen, and sofa bed, and we had no sofa.

The location on the beach is great and the pool is very nice.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. We decided to stay another day and unfortunately they didn’t have the same available, but they were so accommodating that we checked out and were able to check back into our room right away. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be vacationing there again.
