The room was beautiful and the balcony was nice and big ..the restaurant was nice and the coffee shop and scoops downstairs made everything I wish the hotels didn't charge the 10 dollar fee for parking that's all hotels not just this one so I'm not singling them out ..

Always have loved the Grand with everything right on the property. Had very good nachos at poolside and a good pina colada as well. We may not be able to return. I am disabled, and not only are the bathrooms not disability friendly, but pool loungers are so low I needed help getting up. Same with toilets in bathrooms. I now have to bring a raised toilet seat! I would give the Grand an f grade for accessibility. We will miss it, but will have to find a hotel that caters to disabled guests.

The size of the room The room were not cleaned there was hair all over the bed and bathroom, the bathroom was very small

room size was very nice - love the end unit so we could see the ocean and the outside pool/coastal highway! Parking fees

We had to leave immediately after checking in because we were told the pool would be closed all week. I am disabled and can't use the beach. Neither booking.com nor the grand advised us in advance that the pool was being resurfaced. The pool being closed without notice.

6th Floor terrace for breakfast, the sea view, and our room was spacious and clean. Located on the boardwalk with a short walk to a great beach. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back later this summer. A few too many teenagers.

Clean,awsome food and drink at the coffee shop,food was also good at the restaurant,and the bar Was on the 10th floor,little higher than I liked requested between 3 and 6th floor

The people in the room next to us smoked on the balcony a lot. We couldn’t enjoy sitting outside on our balcony as much as we would have liked to because you could smell it immediately when you opened the door. Smoking should be banned outside on balcony also.
