The room was very clean. Staff is friendly air-conditioning was satisfactory. Lots of parking. Biggest complaint of the facility is the lack of towels and washcloths in room each day most of the time you have to go to the front desk and get your own because maids did not stock the room with them each day

Shower curtain had little mold. I clean with lysol bleach. I care with me. Other than that it good

Close to bordealk Picked room with a view. And was put in efficiency apartment above the office by the road, had artery paid booking.com, so was not allowed to change., also, the room was very filthy. Kitchen cupboards had food in them, coffee maker had old coffee grinds in it. That were moldy, and the microwave did not work,. Most of the dishes we're missing. When we asked for towels, we were told there was none.clean, They were being washed, and then we were never given any., there were no fire alarms,! outside our room was filthy. There was toilet paper on the roof and water bottles. And for a light cover was a paper plate. Just thought that was so classy

We stayed here before, in a different building ( the tower building) without issues...This time we had an Oceanfront. There was nothing to like about our stay. The Oceanview room we had (rm 228) was horrible. Considering it was one of their more expensive rooms, you would think they would be better. When we checked in, we discovered there was no elevator and we were on the second floor. We can deal with stairs...But the stairwells and railings were very poorly and unsafe. The door to the room wouldn't lock and you could see daylight on 3 sides of the door. The door seemed as though someone kicked it in/broke into the room. The room itself was so small that they had the bathroom sink on the left, outside of the bathroom as soon as you walk in. Because of the way its designed, the air conditioner wasn't even blowing into the room, it was blowing right into the bathroom. The room wouldn't have cooled anyway because the AC couldn't even blow cold air. There were absolutely no towels or any little hotel soaps, or TP on the roll...Truthfully I dont even think it had been cleaned from who ever had the unpleasure of staying there previously...The oceanview balcony was also extremely small and not comfortable at all to sit on....The worst thing about that Oceanfront room was the overwhelming smell of urine right around the beds... My husband wanted to change rooms as he did not feel safe in the Oceanfront 228... He wanted to get another room, back in the Tower Building ( the one building with an elevator and we stayed in previously with no issues) but the tower building was totally booked....We ended up getting a different room in the poolside building. It was still on a second floor with no elevator, it was tucked in the corner with no view other than 3 trash cans and my party drunk neighbors that hung out in the hall way. But it was bigger, the AC worked and had no funky smells.....The beds were small doubles however and extremely uncomfortable.. The only nice thing about the Hotel was the lady that was in the office. She was very sweet and I remembered her from last year.

Location and the price. The view of the ocean was great if you purchase oceanfront. Bathroom is super small. Rooms are a little outdated but for the price and location it wasn’t too bad. We had ants in our room. Has a nice view of the ocean if you purchase oceanfront but there is no elevator in that building.

Location is quiet and there are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The oceanfront room has a very private balcony with nice chairs There are two pools and a Cafe Parking is included Soaps and shampoo were supplied as well as a hair dryer. The water is very hot in the shower The cons are: Badly needs TLC, both the front and rear doors had damage and had damp spots. The rug was damp inside the door. The furniture was beat up, the microwave display screen was not readable, though it did work, the bedding was worn and there was sand on it The room did not have a cooking area like the website seemed to show. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and ice bucket. We had to ask for towels. Other things to know: there is a hanging bar but no hangers, there are no cups and no coffee maker, the steps to the upper levels are very steep, the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. It's doable for a night and the off season price was great.

The bedsheets were full of sand and hair from the previous people. The carpet was absolutely filthy. Disgusting overall. Would not reccome d.

I was supposed to get an ocean view room and I never got it. They put me in the room on the main road with the pool. It was disappointing.

The location is a perfect fit for us. just the basics but a great value No coffee pot in room. We take our own.

After I booked. I read a lot of people complaining about the cleanliness and the amenities. I was happily surprised. It wasn't 5 star- but I didn't pay a 5 star price either. It was clean and I had no issues. I would stay again. The cafe serves an excellent breakfast and the coffee was delicious.
