Location Room was dirty and old. It had an efficiency kitchen but I would not use it. They serviced the room but the same dead fly was on bathroom floor for 2days.

Checking in and checking out was very easy. The space was nice and felt very comfortable in the room. The staff was very nice. Clean laundry took over an hour and we gave all our towels in so we had to wait to shower. Then the towels had stains and other grime on it which was very disgusting. The bathrooms vent did not work so if someone got a shower, you would have to wait a good 20 minutes to shower because eveything was wet.. the floor the mirrors the counters the walls.. everything. There was mold on the walls of the shower, the shower faucet, the ac was absolutely disgusting with so so much mold. Everything had mold or dust on it. 90% of the place was not clean at all.

The property is in a great location near the boardwalk and within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, and of course, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Also the unit was really clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s also worth mentioning that we stayed during a Nor’easter which cancelled Oceans Calling so the staff went out of their way to make our stay still be enjoyable since all of our plans for the weekend were cancelled. We kept our 4 day reservation and had fun around town. The only complaints really would be how tight the entrance to the room through the kitchenette is, how small the bathroom is and how tiny the elevators are. Definitely not deal breakers though!

The location and beach access was perfect for our stay. My only complaint is the claim of a fully stocked kitchen. The appliances were clean and in working order, but if you are planning on doing much cooking in your room the utensils, pots, and pans left a little to be desired.
