Great location! The room was very clean and roomy. Wifi was a little spotty, but still usable. It was our 2nd time staying and we will be back.

I would stay here 100 times over. Well maintained, great staff, and great location. The perfect place! Absolutely worth every cent. Owners are kind and helpful, room was nice and up to date.

The gentleman working desk was pleasant to speak with. Rooms are spacious and clean. The motel is one block from beach. Parking is a nightmare but I guess you'll have that. Would recommend and will be back.

The property was super clean the staff was super nice and helpful the only down side was that they didn’t have a pool but other than that I definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again

We stay here quite often and absolutely love it. Ben and Janelle are the nicest and most caring people who go out of their way to ensure a great experience. The property is in a convenient location and is generally quiet, which we love. The rooms are always clean and we've never had any problems throughout the years. Highly recommend!

Staff was beyond welcoming from the moment I opened the lobby door. Greeted with smiles and made to feel welcome. A woman walked in right after I did and immediately asked me if I found adequate parking and how I was even though the gentleman at the desk already did. Very welcoming, very very clean, polite and happy. Checkout they were just as polite. The 3 minute walk to the beach was perfect. It was a great location and still quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean rooms just the air condition is noisy

My wife and I had the most incredible experience here yesterday into this morning before checkout, and we are already planning our next trip back because this is officially our permanent Ocean City destination. The motel itself captures the perfect, nostalgic, quaint beach charm while offering modern comfort. Our room was immaculately clean with crisp sheets, an incredibly comfortable bed, a perfectly working AC, and a great updated kitchen fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, full-size sink, actual large refrigerator, and convenient Roku TV access. Combined with the unbeatable location right across the street from the ocean, it had everything we could have possibly needed. However, what truly elevates this place into a league of its own is the unparalleled hospitality of the owners, Jenelle and Ben. We feel the utmost respect, gratitude, and absolute awe for these two and their profoundly caring nature. You simply do not see motel owners like this anymore. Hotels.com had badly messed up our reservation, but without us even asking, Jenelle went completely above and beyond and fixed their mistake because she is just a good human being and that is what good people do for their fellow man. Furthermore, we arrived earlier than expected, and both Ben and Jenelle were extremely accommodating in allowing an early check-in as soon as possible, even calling us the moment the room was ready.

Location and cleanliness No complaints

This hotel was small and sparse, but it was very clean and tidy. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. They have ample parking because of an overflow lot. This little place feels cared for with pride and is a fabulous location.
