It should be listed that the hotel has two buildings with the same address. It was listed that I will stay in the city view ocean front, but I found out while checking in that it is the one across the street, so I was very disappointed. It is worst that you expect or pay for front beach hotel to walk to the beach from another place. Also, bed covers were with stains when we got in, but they changed for the next night. It was not cheap hotel, so I expected much better experience…

The breakfast and staff interactions were good. The first shock came upon checking in where we were told you will not stay in beachfront front but the one across the street. We had no idea they have 2 separate buildings and we are not in beachfront property. Second, wifi sucked and it never stay connected for more than few minutes.

Properly was nice, we were in the 2nd floor ocean front. They are understaffed, it took several calls and text before we received the towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was great, stayed for 4 days on Father's Day weekend. Parking is limited, our car got towed as a result of this though we forgot to move the car before 5 am. Still, if they have ample parking, this could have been avoided. Paid a hefty amount to get the car back and have to sit and wait for it to be released. Inside and out pools look not managed well, pool water not as clear as they should be. Location is great, just a few steps to cross the boardwalk and you get to the beach. The room beside us left their dog the whole 3 days, so we can hear the fog crying. My son found a huge tick on his pillow! Taking note of this the next time we book an animal- friendly hotel. Overall it was a good Father's Day getaway to be positive.

I loved that the hotel was right on the boardwalk it was very convenient for me and my family. I also enjoyed the daily breakfast and the overall cleanliness of the rooms.

Elevators so slow they are a hazard. Broken dryer on one laundry level, only 2 dryers in the building. I was set up in a dirty room, room 420. When I checked in I was wearing a dispensary shirt, I may have been discriminated against because they assumed something because of my shirt. I called before checkout to request a luggage trolley, the desk clerk claimed she was the only employee and there was no one to bring me one, I had to hand carry my luggage down. Never again here. Set up to look luxury, same level as Holiday Inn.

Bar16 bartender was great and enjoyed our 3.5 hours together as she served wonderful drinks and the food was outstanding! She treated the family like her own. Room was great and staff was outstanding especially the front desk woman who made a special birthday bag for my wife... very, very thoughtful and much appreciated.

We went with our daughter and pup and had a wonderful time. Prices for food and drinks at the poolside bar are fantastic! The place was clean, staff friendly and location perfect. I only had two issues. My biggest complaint was that our bed was not comfortable - sunken in the middle, too soft and pillows too high. Second, they only have ice machines on every other floor. Not sure why but it was very inconvenient going up or down twice a day just for ice. It's a little pricey but worth it since you are right there≥. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel was well maintained, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Close to boardwalk and ocean. Good breakfast. Great pools for rainy days. Only issue was that check in was confusing. Was unclear where to park and unload the car.
