Great beach view

The Hotel was cute and quaint . It was clean; the only issue is it’s a little outdated. Overall the location and price were great!

Gave us discount to go next door for meals

We love the rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the beach and boardwalk. The lobby is bright and welcoming. Our room was very nice.

Not bad location. Super small rooms. We had 4 people and we took shifts getting ready in the space. Small rooms

The hotel is conveniently located to activities but in dire need of upgrade and cleaning.

Location to the boardwalk. And Restaurants. The room smells bad. Mold. Musky. Ceiling had pieces falling off.

Thankful the coffee was complimentary , but in complete honesty, it was not good coffee. Some sort of breakfast bar would’ve have been very appreciated.

Everything was great wished they had continal breakfast or coffee in rooms but over all great 👍

Location is great! Pool was fabulous! Cleanliness could improve. Stains on carpet that didn't look like they were attempted to be clean...bathroom not very clean as well. Cleanliness of room

I like that the hotel was right on the boardwalk and in the middle. I absolutely Love Love Love the front porch. We’ve been admiring the front porch from the boardwalk for a few years. The staff are all so nice, friendly and accommodating. When we first checked in and walked to our room, the hallway had a musty smell to it which was also in the room. I believe it was the carpet. The mattresses were not very comfortable. There was no shower soap in the bottle. With that said: we purchased a room freshener and shower gel. These things were not things that would keep us from staying there again. We will definitely stay there again.

I loved the front deck and the location to the beach. Pool was really nice.Loved that the windows in the rooms opened to air out the room. Gross! Rugs were disgusting, room smelled. There was no blanket (the sheet and the top cover that no one keeps on the bed cause they do not get washed after each guest) on the bed just a sheet and the pillows were too big for the pillow case so half of the pillow was hanging out of the pillow case. Disgusting. Parking was bad but that is expected at beach hotels.

Location and price were amazing

Carpet could use upgrade or replacement/change to vinyl flooring (the dampness near the ocean is of course problematic). Pool water was very cool compared to ocean. Nice size pool, very convenient. Towel quality in rooms could be better.. The ones supplied don't dry out over night (however there is a dryer that guests can use) Shower space narrow, bathroom overall very small. Bed very comfortable. We did have a great view. We only had a 3 night stay, so it was enough and fairly priced
