Amazing staff great location it was my first solo vacation without kids I’d recommend to families anyone beautiful place

Beach view was amazing. The hotel room was small and the bed was up against the ac unit causing the bed to vibrate when running. The room had a smell to it that was unpleasant. We made it work for the time staying there.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. View of the beach was great and rocking chairs on the porch was a nice touch. Pool was very clean and enjoyable. Parking was ok but I think we had an easier time because of handicap sticker. The hotel itself is in a great location and was on the boardwalk and very easy to get to the beach.

Staff was super helpful but the room itself was very very old. There was mold in the bathroom and some mysterious brown splatter on the bathroom door. The bathroom is very tiny, shower is tiny. The rooms need a major update and are very small. The location of the hotel was great and staff was nice. No balcony in individual rooms and run down.

The property suited our needs. The bathrooms was so tiny. I just barely got in the shower and there was no place to put stuff like toothbrushes, or cups near the sink. We had to request toilet paper and then finally got it from a housekeeper ourselves. The front porch was great and was really the reason we chose this hotel. We would stay there again.

Several tips for staying here: - If you like cream and sugar for your coffee, bring your own. There's a refrigerator in the room to store it. -I bring my own toiletries. They provide only body and hand wash, so bring your own. -The pool is nice and clean with a little cash bar for mixed drinks. Bring your beach towel. -The restaurant below, DiVinci's was delicious! I recommend! -There is a donut shop around the corner that makes donuts on site called The Fractured Prune that had great coffee too. This isn't the Ritz, but it was fine for what I needed it to be. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was comfy and the staff was pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we had was small and outdated. No ocean view from the room. The front porch was nice for enjoying ocean views. Hotel is right on the boardwalk and centrally located. Great location and the pool was top notch. Rooms could use some updates.

An older hotel but a nice place for the price. Very affordable and nice location. Close to everything and the pool is amazing. Very nice and friendly staff. Our second year here.

Location is awesome. Staff is great. Nice pool and a fridge inside room. Beach is in front of hotel . Free parking . The bathrooms are small and tight.
-
The only thing I really didn’t care for is the slowness of the elevators .

Loved the board walk. Pool was very nice.

It’s my favorite place to stay in OC it’s so close to the beach and you can sit on the rocking chair right in front of the boardwalk… I love it.

The room I got was disgusting , the hotel itself stinks , go see for yourself. I did not sleep there , my sister and I had to look for another hotel when we arrived all the way from a city 4 hours away by car. The bathroom, the room itself was not clean. It’s in front of the beach that’s what got me to book it. But it’s not worth it. You can always derive to the beach or book another hotel close to the beach. The nice picture you probably saw when booking is the lobby. That’s the only nice thing but we’re not sleeping in the lobby are we?

The property was older, but everything was sufficient. The pool was nice however it was really crowded because we shared it with another hotel.

I found that Expedia client does not get any type of amenities nor perks. I need to reconsider continually using Expedia as a source of properties to spend my relaxing time.

the pool

The staff were friendly but the rooms were extremely small and out dated. I could barely turn around in the shower and it had an old mildew like smell to the room. The pool bar was nice with the buy one get one drinks but there was a small selection.

always a good stay. right on the beach and boardwalk

Staff was very helpful and polite. TV not a smart tv. No microwave in room . Poor WiFi in and out. One elevator so waited forever. Pool closed too early.

Bathrooms are really tight, but other than that I had a great stay
