Despite the fact the room had bugs and seems not cleaned recently

Front office lady was very nice. 2 employees there all night and day. Pressure washing outside our room for 3 days straight. Water came in and floor was constantly wet. Room was not as pictured. Bathroom was so small you had to put your feet in shower to sit on toilet. One of the guys power washing also used a leaf blower EVERY MORNING at the pool right outside our door. Will never stay there again.

I loved how close it was to the beach and boardwalk. The room was clean and there were chairs outside the door where I could relax. The TV in my room turned on but couldn't get any channels or use remote to turn it off. I let the office know but they didn't have anyone to help. They apologized when I checked out.

Location was excellent, near boardwalk and other activities. Pool was very impressive and nice! NOT CLEAN! Dirt in corners, floors made feet black, refrigerator leaked water on floor, bed uncomfortable but pillows were great. Major dirt behind bed headboards on floor, lamp shade in bedroom broke, carpet in bedroom constantly damp.

Location, convenience to places we frequent, and very comfortable!! Nothing!

The room seemed fairly old/worn, same with the bathroom.

Very convenient close to beach and right in the middle of everything Stairs preferred the first floor

Our room was perfect.. clean, air conditioned and quaint. Spending our weekend at the Country Calling Festival we did not use the beautiful pool. Every morning had the pleasure of having coffee poolside and chatting with George our barista and aficionado on any subject. We had a perfect weekend!

The staff were super friendly, we have stayed here before and like the location. It's convenient for being close to the boardwalk. The rooms are small and kind of old but is ok since we don't spend much time in the room.Our room looked pretty clean and the bed sheets and towels were fine and refreshed daily but the shower area was a little old and falling apart around the bottom trim. That made it look dirty. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV to turn the volume down as there was only a Roku remote and it didn't have a volume button on it. The pool was still open which was a plus and the free coffee and donuts were an unexpected treat.

The staff were very accessible and the pool and its' bar was a nice surprise.

Was so so frustrated with this property over this weekend with country calling. I had originally booked a 2 king bed room which would have been perfect for 3 people. Once being in the room for 2 minutes we realize that the floor is covered in dirt (did not even look like they cleaned the room before we went in). We ignored that, went to the concert, came back, and the bed sheets had stains on them and there were roaches..literal roaches crawling up the headboard and throughout the pillows. At this point it’s 12-1 am and we contact the office and can’t get through to anyone. After a long day at a concert all we wanted to do was sleep so we ended up sleeping in A CAR. The next morning we went to the office as soon as they opened and they offered us a room across Philadelphia Avenue (the main road in ocean city). Told us the room would be ready in an hour and to go get some breakfast blah blah blah. 3 hours later they hadn’t called so we walked to what was going to be our new room and unlocked the door and found that it had been cleaned for a while (so we sat around for hours for no reason because they said they would call us when it was ready). Never offered to reimburse us for the first night where we didn’t even use the room..nothing. Would not recommend staying at this place at all.

The only good thing i can really say about this hotel is that it is in a good location. Considering it is a block away from the beach, you would think there would be somewhere to hang Towels, bathing suits, etc. There was not one hook in the entire room. There was one towel rack in the bathroom and that was literally the only place to hang anything. There is no closet or rack, no hangers or pole, nothing. There is no chance of anything ever drying in this room. The room was also very small with the bed jammed into an alcove, no nightstands. The bathroom is very small with a small shower that if you want to turn it on before you get in, the shower head points directly at the shower door. They also charge extra for parking. We were there for a concert and had to pay extra for early check-in, although we were also informed that would not be anyone to check us in after the concert because the front desk staff leaves at 11pm. There was no attempt for anyone to clean our room either. Pretty disappointing all around.
