Their isn’t no housekeeping, roaches came out at night, shower head and tub was dirty, and your charged $10 a day for parking . Tv didn’t work it was hooked up to someone’s Roku. It was all a mess. They didn’t even fund my booking in the system

The remote control didn’t work.

The beds were a great size, and were very comfortable. The shower was a little scary looking

the location was great, nice balcony. i really appreciated the staff giving me a call before my arrival about the room I would be staying at and where my keys to the room would be. The bathroom sink was completely clogged, couldn't use it. toilet bowl had water stains all around in the bowl the TV remote didn't work, could not use the tv. I kindly informed the property of the issues.

Purchased a couple nights stay off Booking.com then received a call from The Burgundy Inn stating that we had to pay an additional $700. I told them to just cancel the reservation. We then received a missed call around 11:30 pm the evening we were supposed to check in. I called them back to confirm they canceled the reservation and never received a call back. Checked my bank statement and they had still charged me.

We found roaches in our bathroom when we settled in for the night and had to move to another room. We paid online with booking.com and ended up having to pay a different amount that was way more than was advertised. I feel the difference should have had to be taken care of with booking.com instead of making us pay. We.only knew what was presented to us through the app. Not any fault.on our part. After finding roaches in our room we were told by the night attendant we would be refunded but they said they had already cut us a deal because of the booking issue so no refund was given.

Very nice gentleman at check in desk. Very personable. Great spot 1 block off the beach/boardwalk. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the Dunkin Donuts in the mornings. And the coffee. Very nice coffee Barista! Great price for prime time at the beach! Clean room. Having to buy ice. Wish they had an ice machine.

Nothing I stayed at Burgundy Inn in Ocean City in early August with my kids and dog. The experience was awful from the start. Upon arrival, a staff member questioned whether I had reported my dog, even though it was pet friendly. Within hours, my kids smelled a strong odor of marijuana in our room. At first, the front desk refused to move us, and when they finally did, it was only for one night. We were told we’d have to return to the same room and environment. Then I was falsely accused of leaving my dog alone in the room barking, when my dog was with me the entire time. I even showed video proof, but was still treated like I wasn’t telling the truth. I no longer felt safe or comfortable staying, but the hotel refused to refund the 1 of the unused nights. Between the smell, the false accusations, and the poor customer service, I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone, especially families. In addition the rooms were dirty. Terrible house keeping.

Location Dirty. I was bitten in several places and was scared it may have been bedbugs. But I really don’t know.

Absolutely nothing! Everything could have been better. The hotel description says wifi available...they "worked on it" the whole stay. It never became available. The kitchen is a 2 stove hotplate. Had to ask for clean towels and rags for the entire stay. Roaches found in the bathroom while my family and I were trying to shower! It was disgusting! Parking was 10 dollars a day extra, and staff was very unprofessional and slow while checking in

I like the location We stayed here every year for about 5 years only because it was a good location and we don’t stay in the room much just for sleep! Kitchen has always been a fail so this year I Called Thursday and asked does the stove work in previous years we had to bring all food back or throw away Manager says “yes stove just got replaced about a year ago” new ground keeper everything is great! So I go shopping get food to take get there & I have NO stove after I called less then 24hours prior to check & was told yes!! Called down to the office and explained what I was told she said I can’t do anything for ya I can bring a hot plate!! I said that won’t work I have FOOD TO COOK! She did not care just blamed her manager and we hung up!! Needless to say you really do get what ya pay for and after this we will NOT stay again!! So much for “new” management and ground keeper.

Our room was perfect.. clean, air conditioned and quaint. Spending our weekend at the Country Calling Festival we did not use the beautiful pool. Every morning had the pleasure of having coffee poolside and chatting with George our barista and aficionado on any subject. We had a perfect weekend!

The staff were super friendly, we have stayed here before and like the location. It's convenient for being close to the boardwalk. The rooms are small and kind of old but is ok since we don't spend much time in the room. Our room looked pretty clean and the bed sheets and towels were fine and refreshed daily but the shower area was a little old and falling apart around the bottom trim. That made it look dirty. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV to turn the volume down as there was only a Roku remote and it didn't have a volume button on it. The pool was still open which was a plus and the free coffee and donuts were an unexpected treat.

The staff were very accessible and the pool and its' bar was a nice surprise.
