Clean, comfortable bed and location to beach. AC worked great! For the rate I just wish the room was a bit bigger with a couch. Next time I need to pay attention to what room I pick vs cost.

Location, room had a microwave and refrigerator in the bathrooms, while a bit small, were clean and well stocked. The pool is indoor and not well ventilated. It wouldn’t have been a problem except it was a jellyfish infestation on the beach, so an outdoor pool would’ve been ideal.

Felt like I was at a motel for people on meth.. rugs dingy in hallway, bathroom door sticky, old bedding… overall I guess it was clean but more like a straightened up clean but not a sanitary clean..smell of garbage from the trash on the side of the building.. it was not worth the 450 a night stay. I guess they charged that for the oceanfront view. But I’ve stayed at better for the same amount. They need renovations. Will not stay here again even if it were free. I couldn’t wait to check out. The pool area looks old and outdated. My daughter’s high school gym looks much better.

Beach right out the door. Beach umbrella chairs right in front. Steps away from Boardwalk stores There was no bathroom on the ground floor to use for the pool

The housekeeping seemed outstanding. The bathroom was kind of small with not much counter space. The partial ocean view was very good.

This is my second time staying at the property and I had an amazing experience the previous time . Room was also very clean and good size . The only issue I had is that although I got the same room during the week it can be very noisy since it’s close to the back alley . Garbage truck and delivery truck was there first thing in the morning making noise
