Beach Walk on the Ocean

NOTHING!!!!!!! EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! I was sent to anther location by booking.com even though I was clear as to where to go. I placed this reservation on their website to go to New Jersey when I arrived it was actually Maryland, and I had to pay more than double and they booked my room and made double!! Neither beach walk or booking.com helped me out for a refund, even a partial one.

The view from the room and nice vibe of a cozy cottage much better than a hotel. No shade on the upper deck

Being right on the boardwalk Could use more than 1 towel per person. Mark out parking spots in stone lot.

Right on the beach. Few electrical outlets and the ones that were there were outdated and coming out of the wall

The place is very quaint and convenient to the inlet but far enough to not be in the middle if things. Convenient to the beach. Bed is super comfortable. Front covered porch was nice just to relax in the evening Although the AC was working would have liked it to be a little cooler in the room. Was definitely not stuffy and we were not miserable

Location Property severally neglected. From checking in nobody at desk for 30 minutes. Screens ripped out all public area needs painting. Public are pitch black no turns lights on. Smells likes its been closed for the winter never aired out. Room was had no wifi could get no help with that. Ran out of toilet paper couldn't find anyone to help with that. Said comp bikes on booking site and said to reserve we did never heard about that. So dissappi ted.

The porch!! We were on it most of the time. This is a beautiful Inn that needs some TLC. Staff was friendly and helpful. No ice, coffee maker not working. Rocking chairs on porch only had two undamaged out of five. Use at own risk!

Great stay! Such a beautiful little place! Gives that old time ocean city feel; it is so cozy and cute, and very well maintained! Great location and great value! A true hidden gem! Could have used more towels and toilet paper in the bathroom. There were no extras.

On the boardwalk and close to restaurants and stores It needs some updating. Need to put in new lamps beside the bed with USB ports for charging phones. Recommend replacing light bulbs. We came in at night with absolutely no lights on in the house. If someone falls, you all are going to get sued due to no lights on. Our air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cool. A little paint goes a long ways. There’s a musty smell when you walk in. Fresh paint would help with that. There’s an ice bucket in the room with no place to get ice. A suggestion of leaving a broom in the rooms to help sweep the sand. I understand it’s at the beach but sand is carried in on the feet and then after showering, you’re walking in sand the rest of the time and transferring into the bed at night.

It was in a great location, on the boardwalk ocean front. It was in the heart of the activity but secluded enough that you were very comfortable. Awesome place to stay. They also allowed early check in. The check in process. We had to go to another building next store, three flights of stairs up (this would be difficult for people with disabilities, or the elderly), and there wasn't anyone at the desk to help us.
