All in all, the location is amazing. I do feel that the price is comparable to other hotels near the boardwalk. The hotel offers little to no amenities, however, and the front desk is only staffed for part of the day. This makes it difficult when you come back to your room and realize after staffing hours that you have only been provided two towels for four adults or you run out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. These items should be available at all hours but instead they're locked up until the housekeeping staff arrive the next morning, which is typically between 10am and 11am. Finally, if you're a taller or larger individual, I recommend requesting a room with a full sized bathroom. Some of the rooms provide only a toilet and shower stall tucked away in a tiny closet with the sink outside of the bathroom. The shower stall is actually 1/3 the size of the outdoor shower, which makes it very difficult to maneuver. .

Highly recommended, apartment with four bedrooms very spacious, three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, very close to the beach and boardwalk , for a large family needs to have more cups and a kettle . Very nice place.

Close to boardwalk Shower was small

Nice place to stay for a quick trip to the beach.

Best Part was the Location. It is not on the broadwalk but a building behind with a partial view of the ocean from the common balcony. Old property and not well maintained. Makes you question how it qualifies as a "hotel". Torn carpets, dirty, blinds broken, door broken. Everything is sticky like it hasn't been replaced or cleaned in years specially the common areas and chairs. Had a family room that mentions kitchenette but only has a fridge, refrigerator and a tiny sink. Had two queen bed room-one queen bed was broken on one side! The door to the room was not aligned and made a lot of sound to open/close.

wonderful experience

Small, cheap place close to the beach. Good enough for a solo or couple staying for a weekend visit.

Close to the beach. Dilapidated, staff didn’t seem too concerned when the lock on the door stopped working from the outside, could only lock the door from the inside.

Great location. Ok parking. Ok room

Andreus, the front desk was very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions We weren't fans of carpet in the room

Close to the boardwalk When we checked in our first rooms and not have a remote could not get one till the following morning

Then we were moved to the Beach Walk on the ocean and it was very nice. Andrea made our stay worthwhile. Thanks Andrea! We will definitely come back.

The fact that it was close to the beach Was noisy the doors all have hydraulic pressure door closers that were very loud doors slamming every time someone came in or out. Bed was uncomfortable and not great pillows. Had to ask for towels. The shower curtain was not installed properly so the curtain did not cover properly making the floor all wet. Not much area to put things in the bathroom. And there were no cups or creamer for the coffee maker so you couldn’t get a coffee had to walk or drive to get it. The only thing about it that was good was the price for the area and time we were there.

That is was so close to the beach! I liked everything about it!

Location was good. No rules were followed even staff did not follow their own rules.

I booked, cancelled, and rebooked. It's been about 1.5 months since my stay and BeachWalk charged me a cancellation fee even though expedia said no fee for cancelling. BeachWalk is not reachable via expedia messenger, sent me a spam number to call, and every time I call their actual number it goes to a full voicemail. Expedia won't take responsibility, and BeachWalk is unreachable. This shows that if you want to take a risk and possibly have them steal your money, expedia won't take responsibility and BeachWalk is unreachable to help fix the issue. I won't be back because of this.

Everything was exactly what you would expect for a budget friendly room, only complaint was that the steps and porch going to 3rd floor was sketchy and theres a large soft spot on 3rd floor side landing

Just know there are no elevators, no hair dryers, basically no frills. I knew that going in but curtains were missing from our room- our bathroom shade wouldn’t go down all the way so we had to hang a towel up. Asked for wash cloths every day and never got any. There was a warning in our room that there would be $150 fee for smoking marijuana in the room. I swear everyone on our floor but us was smoking it and it smelled so bad there was a mini fridge, but we had to move it in front of the front window blinds so that people could not look in as there were holes in those blinds as well.

The room was very clean and nice. On the the weekend, parking was tight. I would however stay there again.
