Rooftop pool was amazing! Room was big and spacious with full refrigerator, stove, ect. Balcony was huge!

Really nice place and our room looked nice too but on our sheets bed was dirty and we request if some one go change because we found the sheet dirty but just they bring our the sheets they didn’t change other and that it’s a nice place

We checked in on a Saturday. Everything seems OK on Monday. We left to go out and wanted our room clean when we came back. Nothing was done. We called down to the office and said they’ll send someone up. We waited for more than an hour and had to call back again they had no record of us calling prior and said to cleaning people had gone for the day, but they will send someone up to remove Trash and bring us towels. On Tuesday we ask again for our room clean when we came back only the trash was removed. The towels were still on the floor. We call the office and they said they don’t make up beds. If we want they can give us sheets so we can make it ourselves. This was such a disappointment. No new towels. The towels were still on the floor again didn’t even replenish the coffee, etc. that was such a disappointment. We left on Wednesday not sure if we’ll use this hotel again because of the room service. .

The room was pretty much as described. The only thing we didn’t like about it was the dresser was in a very awkward spot. Especially with a three year-old we were terrified he would hit his face or head off of the handles of the dresser the entire time. It was fairly clean just a few things here over there that looks like they were missed. The inside door looked very nice and clean although we did not get to stop there just not enough time. The outdoor pool we tried one day and it wasn’t kept as nice. And the seagulls kept floating in it. Having access to parking was a plus, but it was about a block away. Overall, I would say we would stay here again. Having access to the restaurant downstairs and being right on the boardwalk next to the beach was a huge plus.

The room was clean, modern and the location was right on the boardwalk. The view and ocean waves were beautiful! Didn't realize Monte Carlo had two locations. Thought we booked for the one on 3rd street (where we originally stayed at first).

All of the sheets were fresh and clean, the a/c kept the room nice an chilly, and the deck was roomy and had a great view. Was it a tiny bit damp? Yea...the ocean is right there. Is there some noise once in a while? Of course you chose to stay on the boardwalk. We treated the staff with respect and we received nothing but kindness and they were extra professional and helpful. We mostly used the stairs but the few times we rode the elevator we waited maybe 30 seconds max and they were large inside for many people. It was also at what what we thought the most convenient location on the boardwalk. A lot of people complained about the walk from the parking lot to the Hotel. It was way less than half a city block and a nice walk and everything was well labeled. We enjoyed the double showers as well because it was nice to be able to rinse off at the same time after coming back sandy and not bump into each other...until we wanted to 😉. All and all I was extremely satisfied with our stay and couldn't think of a single complaint. I guess if I was forced to I would say the worst part was the smell of delicious crepes seeping into the room while we had out sliding door open haha.

Pictures are very misleading. Room had a strong urine smell from the moment we walked in and did not go away during our two night stay. Rooms also obviously were not maintained well and seemed lazily remodeled. Stairs were easily the most convenient way to get around due to the elevator moving pretty slowly. Key cards lost programming twice and once we were not able to get a new one for a couple hours due to their system being down. Staff was otherwise very friendly and helpful. Crepes from the conjoined restaurant were amazing but unfortunately breakfast was not included. Location was great with a lot of nice restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Though parking was less than ideal being about a block away unless you buy a premium parking pass. Overall pretty disappointing stay and do not see myself going back.
