the room was very clean and the staff very accommodating. it would have been good to know the parking arrangements prior to our visit. the location is excellent regarding beach accessibility. a shower to rinse off sand near the beach access door would have been great. the air conditioning unit however was very loud. a bath tub mat in the shower would be a great addition for security purposes. the water dripping off the downspouts at point of entry was very annoying though!!

Parking Lot was too far. My door sounded like it was coming off. Elevated took too long. They didn’t have enough carts for everybody to use for their luggage.

The location on the boardwalk was great the 5th floor oceanfront balcony was spacious and amazing. There’s only two spaces two shortly park to unload to check in then two blocks away is a small lot to park in for free. The hotel needs another elevator it’s slow and busy so waiting is part of the stay. Our room was nice but I’m in construction work and things could be addressed for the expense stay. Like the fine details of the bathroom especially it’s was small our toilet rocked side to side. Water dripped from the ceiling and the shower curtain was hanging down and didn’t stay closed. The mattress sounds like it come from big lots noisy and not what I’d expect for 550 a night.

Rooms are very nice - had a 2 bed, sofa, kitchenette room with oceanview balcony. There are only a few plates and cups provided in kitchenette. The elevator is eceptionally slow but there are easily accessible stairs. Location is prefect!

Great beach view. Close to all the action but far enough to be quiet at night!!

Friendly Staff

The room was very clean, and the beach view was nice. The only complaint I have was the elevators were extremely slow, and the parking for the hotel was not very accessible but the staff was very accommodating due to my husband being disabled.

In the room there were no hanging bars in the bathroom for towels . Elevator was slow and didn’t seem to work properly for the floor number you push , we would push 6 from 2 nd floor and it would go down to the basement. The carts to bring your items to you room were pathetic and not user friendly

Really good

Room 313 has no windows, the fridge needs replaced, makes a noise all day, mold growing in the kitchen.

The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect kitchenette and balcony was amazing. Beds need to be updated along with the shower heads. Would benefit having another elevator. Overall the hotel was great!! Staff was wonderful and friendly and the room with hotel amenities was perfect! Would definitely stay again

NOT Handicap friendly! Vietnam Veteran - Reserved an ADA room. Requested room closest in walking distance. The website claims walk in showers and ADA accommodations. I was told by the assistant manager there is only (1) room onsite with a walk in shower. The tub /shower is as high as your knee cap. The assistant manager said he would credit back a discount for the stay because of the inconvenience but that was only if I didn’t leave a bad review. That was a lie too! The First Lady I spoke with at checkin said we could move to another room the next day that had a walk in shower that room was checking out. Next morning the assistant manager said we could not. The AC downstairs is broken so it’s very hot. Both pools onsite are dirty with hair and scum, the AC’s drip on you as you walk on the sidewalk outside entering and exiting the hotel. Parking is a block away. And if you stay on the right side of the building closest to 11th the apartments there are heavy pot and partying most nights. When we checked in at night we were told to come back in the AM for a parking pass. I went down to the front desk to let them know the lady from the night before told me to come see the morning front desk for a parking pass. The lady with braids went crazy and said she didn’t know what we were talking about. Raised her voice pointed her fingers got up and walked in circles. I asked her to calm down and stop being rude about it I was told to come do this and she screamed at the 79 yr old vet.

Great location! Cute property. My family had a really great experience. We loved the roof top pool, but the property could utilize it better. There is an empty bar and the pool had sand in it. The view was lovely. The only other negative was the lack of parking. I was prepared for that

Comfortable Nothing

The only problem was the elevator. There was only one that was very slow. We had to wait quite a long time, or take the stairs. We were on the 4th floor, so it wasn't too bad. It was a little difficult getting suitcases etc., up and down.

Housekeeping staff was very helpful with offering to clean bedroom each day as well as provide clean towels each day.
-
The staff were friendly. I did not like the room we were put in all the lights operated off one switch and there were no windows in the room. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable.

It was on the boardwalk

Pros: spacious room for a family of 4, great balcony with patio set for family dining, spacious bathroom, very comfortable beds, free parking. Cons: pull out couch mattress was not comfortable, no ac in hallways or lobby (may have been being repaired), elevator was super slow and sometimes stopped on each floor when no one was waiting to get on. Parking is 2 blocks away unless a premier member. Check-in is at 4pm but if your room is ready sooner they charge a $25 early check in fee.
