Clean, friendly staff, location was great and they provided free parking!

Hi Reel was facing the street and I got no sleep at all because the traffic was so loud that’s even with running a small window air-conditioning but overall the place was impeccable clean. The people were extremely nice and it’s very close to the beach.

The housekeeping staff was amazing. The front desk lady was amazing. The room was so clean. They were so courteous and provided everything you need. The only downside is there’s no elevator or no pool, but I would definitely choose to stay here again 10 steps from the boardwalk.

The parking lot it is to small,

The room was okay. It was clean and not as expensive as other nearby hotels, so overall I was happy. The main thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioner wasn’t able to keep up - the lowest the room would get during the day was around 75-77. Granted, we were there during a heat wave - but that being said, I really wished we could have had a nice cool room to recover in when we came inside. At night it would get a little cooler but still not cool enough for me to sleep comfortably.

Pretty mid room. If you’re just a couple guys there for the beach and boardwalk then it’s a place to sleep. Extremely close to all boardwalk and beach. Private parking was fantastic. Really nothing when it comes to amenities, the fridge is tiny, microwave in lobby. Ice was ice. And the TV in our room was so bad.

This property is very deceiving from the outside. The exterior is a bit weathered, but the room was exceptionally clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location is ideal, only one block from the Boardwalk. If you are looking for a small, clean, and quiet place to stay in Ocean City, I highly recommend the Wellington. Just be aware that there are no elevators, so if stairs are an issue, request the first floor. Parking is on site and convenient. All in all a very nice hotel.

Each room had an AC, eat in kitchen sizable. On site foot shower makes coming off the beach convenient without the need to wait in line to use the foot shower provided. Staff extremely helpful and nice. Only complaint was the noise on the streetside parking lot; totally unrelated and uncontrolled by the hotel though.

Great location at a very reasonable price.

Nice cozy room for 2 people spending several days in ocean city MD. The room was so close to the boardwalk. Air conditioning was good and loved the walk in shower. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again

Clean, boutique, close to the beach.

Great stay for me and my son! Very clean and friendly staff. Not many amenities but was exactly as advertised :) would definitely book again!

The room was very clean and was taken care of every day. The staff were very friendly. We were upgraded to a better room free of charge. The best part we were only steps away from the beach/boardwalk. Its a older building but well taken care of.
