front parking spots were not big enough they were too close together and no heated pool that would really make the hotel a 10 Stars

I was given 2 keys for our room, only 1 worked. We arrived early and they wanted to charge us $25 to park early when there were many sports available. After we received the keys and went to our room, the beds only had sheets on them. No bedspread or topping. It was nice and I could walk to the beach, but I would not stay here with children. Kind of rough area.

The pool The parking lot was too tight there was less than a 5foot back out section and when bigger cars are parked tightly its hard to maneuver. The bathroom floor tile was loose it lifted as you walked and had tripped me a few times also loose tiles in the entry way. The air conditioner is up too high for me to control it over 6ft up on the exterior wall and the controls were in the top right corner and there is no remote to use it I had to lift my 10 year old grandson up to do the controls. Very dirty. And the management gave another customer keys to my room I went back with the other customer and the management put that family in the next room. Also the TV was small and wasnt able to be seen when you were in the bed. Sorry I won't be back there.

the beds were comfortable and breakfast restaurant is at the location. and the pool was clean and nice the bathroom water seemed to gather on the floor after each shower. so we used many towels to keep the floor tolerable. the pull-out couch had not been maintained, and the sheets were dirty and had fishing bait left in them between the fitted sheet and top sheet. we were unable to open the door and needed the front desk to help us open it when we arrived. it was jammed

Great location and value. Room and beds were comfortable. Parking, microwave, and mini fridge all included and made a great stay. The water pressure was very poor and nothing dried in the room which is a problem for a beach trip. We had to dry our suits and towels on the chair outside in the public walkway.

location was awesome and we got to check in 2 hours early for only 25$ and the staff was friendly and the AC worked great and the room had a tv with movies and the curtains were blackout curtains. and only a short walk to the boardwalk and a great view of ocean city. it also felt clean. had a mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker. booked it one week before we went and it ended up being amazing !!! i would stay here again for sure. <3 the shower curtain and shower head weren’t bad just not the best ever. and the door had a draft so everything was loud we could hear from outside. and the door frame kind of hurts your hand when you go to unlock it because the metal part.

They didn’t clean rooms and give fresh towels daily

The bathroom was not the best, poor water pressure and the fan was falling out the ceiling. The property is older and needs some updating. No ice machine

Location was cool, bed was an adequate size. Pretty comfortable. Parking was tight.

Dirty, stains on Carpet looking like a murder scene. Bathroom flooded, all the floor were welled stairs seemed unsafe the door did shut right and we didn’t feel safe

The pool was great. The rooms were decent. The carpets need a deep cleaning, the rest of the room was clean. New ac unit in our room, but the electrical outlet it was plugged into was hanging out of the wall… rooms could use some updating. Convenient to the boardwalk and beach. Beds were very uncomfortable. They looked new, but it was like sleeping on a rock. The exterior walls of the room are paper thin. You can hear everything going on outside. Doors opening and closing, people walking by, talking, etc. Even with a sound machine on full blast, we were woken up multiple times. Carpets were dirty, they need to be cleaned or replaced.

The beds were at least comfortable. Shower had great pressure. Was decent bed space for my family size. There really wasn't much to like about this place unfortunately. There was garbage left behind by previous people under pull out, beds looked like previous person had just rolled out of it and they just threw it together, exposed wires in bathroom and behind TV stand, bathroom door didn't lock and had water damage even up by knob, pillows felt like they were still from opening day, exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, horrible renovation work, poor lighting, coffee maker with no coffee cups. Definitely not worth $700 for 2 nights

Location was good. The room smelled and everyone smoked despite non smoking signs. Was noisy.

The easy access to the beach First off when me and my family arrived we were giving room key to a room that was still occupied idk how but yeah I have video proof. So I went back down and he gives me keys to room 32 and that room is just moldy smelling but somewhat put together. I asked for another room bc I booked a room with pool view so I could watch my 5 kids. He said that was the only one so I accepted but I feel stupid for doing it, bc my daughter had a flair up. We literally left a day early about 3am headed back to Philly. I’ll be damn if my daughter gonna have an asthma attack in MD idk the hospitals or how good they are. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked up my wife hurt her feet. The damn porch light doesn’t turn off. And 805 st louis ave ocean city Maryland is a house that was right across from our room and the house watched us all night. All I was doing was relaxing after putting my kids to sleep. I stand up blinds shut and light turn off, soon as I go back outside on porch here go light turning back on and a female cop kept riding back and forth. Literally stopping in front of both house. I literally felt out of place and scared. Mind you the keys are pointless none of the doors lock, and I’m the one being watched. I have videos of everything
