Decent price, large room Hard location crossing roads to walk to beach, back parking lot is tight. Only three pillows per bed, no curtains on windows. Blinds leave in a lot of light at night

I liked that we were walking distance brim the boardwalk and a couple good restaurants. Our room looked nothing like the pictures, and we were never given any towels even after asking the front desk if we could have some.

The location. Not too far from the beach. Bathroom outdated. Ran out of hot water during shower. No table or kitchenette in room. Pillows were so cheap. Not enough blankets for when you get cold at night.

The room was spacious. The shower head was extremely moldy. The parking lot was so narrow you can hardly park. Our car was hit twice. The only camera facing the back lot only covers the pool. I understand they’re not liable for the damages but the least they can do is have accurate facing cameras when their lot is so small and narrow accidents are bound to happen.

This location is also very close to the beach. We didn't use our car one time in the 7 days we stayed. We have a son who is autistic, so we need a pool and a close walk and wifi, we did have to use our Hotspot because the wifi wasn't the best. BUT, he felt good being there, and it met most of his needs. We all had THE BEST time!! Stained mattresses and bedding. Slow wifi. Couldn't use the room coffee maker due to mold. Otherwise, it continues to be our go to place!!

Friendly staff, super close walk to boardwalk/beach. Neighbors dog was obnoxious barking all night, midnight people walking around yelling(not hotels fault, but none the less), beds were small. But overall for a night or two at the beach the price can't be beat!

Location was great and price was amazing. It was pretty clean. It was supposed to have WIFI they never gave us the password other then that it was decent for the price.

The location was good The room carpet is dirty and has fleas went to owner and she didn't seem to care. The vacuum the cleaning lady used was a small hand held didn't sweep nothing up specially the bugs. Owner lady said what do you expect when you have a dog.

The 2 bedroom suite was nice and space full close to the pool about 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The pool was nice and clean. The stuff was nice at the food bar. The air filter for the air conditioner were dirty. Couple stains on carpet beds are litter stiff for me parking was tough on the back side of the building where out room was.

Good location Old and oversized

Nice location and pool was nice. The carpet in there is probably from 1960 needs replaced desperately there’s a hole in the bathroom floor. The couch is probably from the 1970s and very uncomfortable with Springs coming out of it. Very overpriced for what you get. Plus no vending machines no ice machines, etc..

Food was good Enforce rule and how loud people can be. During our stay two different rooms had boom boxes they used constantly and made our rooms windows vibrate the entire night. Two out the four nights there were physical fights and verbal screaming in the parking lot. Police came to late so nothing was done and it happened again he next night. I would love a refund because my one weeks trips out of a year was f***ing awful. I will never come back and I will tell people not to come back unless something is done about this.

The location was nice. I wasn't expecting much but it was truly awful. We booked a room for 6 (2 queens and a pull-out bed). The pullout mattress was filthy, covered in mold and genuinely a health hazard. They were unable to provide a roll-out bed and there were several bugs in the room, sheets were very thin, shower only ran cold or scalding hot water.

Nothing Young age smoking drugs, loud music, Rude staff, rooms are not like the pictures.

Location to boardwalk and beach Room was left with trash from previous customer. There were no towels in the room at time of check in. Parking lot is very small and hard to navigate. Furniture quality is very low.

Convenient location

Pool Toilet overflowed had to use all our clean towels to clean it up. Couldn't shower or get ahold of anyone in the office

Proximity to the beach. The porch was falling in, had soft spots. Outside room 36 incase anyone is curious. Im sure there is more than one soft spot though. Parking was $250 for one extra vehicle. We attempted to call before hand and were never "able" to be given a price for extra parking because they weren't sure but it's conveniently $250 when you get there and have no other option for parking. Showers were cold after only one other person in our group showering. Parking in the back was extremely tight. When asking for enough towels to cover the 6 people we had (only given 4 large) we were told to bring dirty back first.... Breakfast is advertised as "available" I thought I had read included but its only included if you purchase from their food truck. Couldn't tell you how the food was, I was so upset from everything listed here I refused to give another cent and ate elsewhere the entire weekend. I didn't so much as purchase a soda from them. I heard another guest complaining about the perception of food being provided so I know im not the only guest under that impression.
