Closeness to the beach. Parking was told on booking.com it was included, and it wasn't. $100.00 deposit was requested at check-in. Was never informed of it. Was promised it was a hold that would be released at check out. It is not. 7 to 10 business days for a refund. TV barely worked. The shower was broken. Only stayed 2 days, or we would have left for another hotel.
