The staff was friendly and the location was great Both TVs in room 301 had damaged screens, so it was hard to enjoy watching TV. When I let the staff know, they told me they had already contacted maintenance. The AC in the living room was not on when we arrived and takes a while to cool down the apartment. The showers were very small and awkward to use. Also, the lamp in the bedroom did not work.

The AC worked well. Place was comfortable. Clean. Good shower. Street noise was awful. Stereos, loud cars, police sirens, hauling luggage upstairs is never pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay there next time I come down to the beach I will be booking with you guys again thank you for your hospitality There was nothing I didn't like about it

It was cheap and affordable for a last minute need. Other residents were a bit noisy.

Eva is the best! Someone came into our room when we were not there!!! Very upsetting. Not trustworthy with that part only. Also, I should have a choice in whether or not I would like to PAY for parking or NOT. I could have parked on the street for free and not pay the silly $10 for parking. That part is ridiculous. Other than that EVA was very accommodating. I do like her.

Room was not worth $200 a night. It was the size of a closet.We booked in January for $98 a night but when we got there she said it was just to hold the room. Than charged us $400 for the weekend.

Location was good This is a trashy hotel that has not been renovated and is way over priced. It’s so small I’m 5 2 and couldn’t sit on the toilet facing forward.

Nothing special other than the location. It was small and simple, which is what I expected. Everything worked fine, a.c. was cold and the showers worked The staff member that checked me is seemed irritated. Maybe it was jsut a bad day for him. But I didnt do anything wrong for him to reflect his attitude towards me. It didnt escalate at all. I just expected better customer service for a place that was $250 per night.

Great location and was great for the price Small room however didn’t really mind because location was great so you weren’t in room often anyway.

Quiet rear room to the traffic was a plus. Room was clean, if aging. Fixtures and style from the 70s, but it all worked. Location great, parking available readily. Endless toilet running. Loose door latches means the door rattles in every breeze. Awkward small bath layout.
