Solid place.

Clean, parking isn’t the best.

Too many steps!!

Price was good. Clean room. Too many steps!!

Location Difficult check in, no coffee service. Window AC unit was about to fall out of window. Uncomfortable beds. Someone tried to use Scotch tape to hold in place! Outrageous rate, price gouging due to bike week.

Our room was on the third floor which meant climbing up 3 flights of outside stairs with our luggage.

I loved the beds and how everything was set up and how simple and easy check in was The only think I didn’t like was the blankets I had to double up on blankets bc they were kinda thin but I have nothing else to complain about I loved everything

It was clean and a new remodel It was close to the road so very noisy at night with cars and the beds were uncomfortable

Nice place and very convenient to beach and boardwalk. Beds were average comfortable but there should be a selection of pillows to choose from. All of the pillows were the same thickness, and unfortunately, none of them were very comfortable. I had difficulty getting comfortable during the night and woke up with neck pain. Even had to go buy a pillow for the second night.

Great for what you need it to be: a place to sleep and recharge after the beach and boardwalk festivities. The water pressure left a little something to be desired, but the room was clean, the bedding was fresh, the room was stocked with more than enough towels, and the beds were comfortable.

This would have received a very good review if it had not been for the carbon monoxide alarm and an “evacuate” alarm sounding at around 3 a.m. We were woken by the alarms and had to leave the room. The carbon monoxide alarm continued until around 4 a.m, while the evacuation alarm continued until staff arrived early the next morning. We tried to contact the company using the telephone numbers provided on the website, but the calls went to an automated answering system. The options did not work and the calls were disconnected. Another room appeared to have the same issue. We opened the windows and were unable to settle properly for the rest of the night. At checkout, we informed the desk staff, who contacted the manager. The response was simply to thank us for the information. Given that this involved a carbon monoxide alarm and an evacuation alarm with no effective way to contact staff, we were disappointed with how the situation was handled and that there was no follow-up or explanation afterwards.

Hire more staff for the office. One person can’t do everything. (Answering phones, checking people in and out) I had to wait 30 extra minutes to check in. Poor guy who was working that day, did his best.
