Staff very friendly and helpful Shower was small

bathroom shower curtain was on the floor upon entry, towels were in the toilet and there were mystery stains on the bedding. On top of that the door had no deadbolt and light was coming thru on all sides of the door. Would not recommend

It was close to the board walk The bathroom was definitely small, I had to pay additional money for the parking because that’s not included with the room.

Manager / Host really great. Great location. Great property small room when rates were under $100 when over $230 that’s probably ownership taking advantage of tourists

You get exactly what you pay for. $15 extra for parking but you can just find street parking if needed. Prototypical beach hotel. It has all that you need and if you have some crushes in you, it’s perfect. Very dated and you will hear what goes on in the hall but again, just drink more during the day. Would stay again

Great location, cozy little room, like the code on the door entry. Bed was firm and uncomfortable, shower was really smaller for taller person

very very small and older, but not terrible. NO FREE parking. they did let us check in very early which was great. it was cleaned okay.

Management is the best part of the stay! They are so sweet and go above and beyond for his guests if needed. Very sweet man. AC unit worked great, plenty of hot water- right across the road from beach and board walk! Multiple conv stores at walking distance. N/a

Every time the toilet was flushed you could here it in the shower and we thought it was going to come up. We froze for several nights because it got so cold and there is no heat. After my husband said something we were offered a heater but it didn't warm the room that much. It is not sound proof by any means and other guest would wake us up at all hours. The towels smelled like wet dog the last couple days. There was no microwave in each room so you had to go to the lobby.

I love that there’s the porch to hang out on while all the classic cars or bikes or jeeps go by… Not enough on site parking but it’s understandable

The only good thing was it being close to the board walk Wasn’t clean, bad smell, fridge was dirty, bed uncomfortable

I didn’t like that much but she even had blood stains on them Not much to say about the place

No hooks for clothes or towels. No bedside tables. No outlets except for TV & fridge. Also could not get TV to work. And wifi wasn't really working either.
