Wonderful staff and clean room. My room had a lovely view. The only negative was that because my room was next to the balcony, I could hear the guests who were out there late into the evening.

The staff was very rude. The maintenance/laundry man swore at my children. We were told one thing by the receptionist then the manager very rudely told us a different story. The day bed in the livingroom was falling apart. We were suppose to have a beach front balconies and the balcony was on the back side. We even paid extra for it to be beach front.

I love the mini kitchen inside the room though the fridge is not well-arranged—it was wobbly, and shabby, but overall, it was a lovely and cozy room. We’ll absolutely go back and book again this hotel. Next time, with our children.

The furniture, including lampshades, were stained. The rug does not look it's been shampooed in a very long time. The bottom of our feet were filthy just from walking on the carpet. The very worst part is that my husband saw a mouse and mouse droppings. The front desk said "what are you going to do" and sent up a mouse trap. Ridiculous!

The only thing I had to complain about was that the hot water in the shower ran out very, very quickly so that only the first few minutes of one shower had anything other than cold water. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Great if you are traveling with kids (which I wasnt) but it was a large space with a kitchenette including a stove and full size refrigerator. 2 double beds and a table. Very roomy/afforable/very old school/vintage vibes, clean. Would love to stay again

the rooms were cute... love the jack n jill concept with kids all areas in room, hallways and balcony could use some TLC and when I was leaving, I said, is it ok to stay in parking lot for a couple hours while we go get something to eat. She said no. I said but everyone has to check out at 10 and check in time isn't till 4. All n all, we won't stay there again, we can't handle those steps It's a shame cause it's a cute place w/unique rooms, but that lobby was hotter than outside

The parking is limited and difficult to maneuver and our cable TV didn't work like it was disconnected and shower wasn't cleaned properly hairs left in shower walls

We stayed in a lodge apartment. It wasn't anything fancy but it also wasn't bad. My only real complaints are that the floors were covered in sand. It stuck to your feet when you walked around and ended up in our beds. There was an ant issue in the kitchen. Nothing impossible to deal with but definitely an annoyance. And the parking was REALLY tight. The location is great, just minutes from the water. Smash Burger is right on the corner and the food there was great.

No view of beach only roof of other hotels. Balcony is worrisome possibly rotting on outer edges. Television would be better in a central location than in just 1 room corner

Yup, it's dude; his constant pacing and watching the guest is a little off-putting; probably the difference in a 4, to 5-star rating. But overall had a wonderful stay; friendly staff otherwise; clean and quiet. Parking the a definite winner! Most likely to revisit, next year.

I didn't like on thing the place had mold and rust the refrigerator had mold and rust so did the stove the bed springs were pocking threw the mattress on both beds and the couch I would of gotten sick if I had stayed witch I didn't had to spend more money on another place this place is the worst place I have ever book the pictures are fraudulent they are not even close to what they try and give you! Nothing walked in the room with my son and a friend they would not stay either the place in very dirty and unhealthy cant believe booking would even have this on there site the rust and mold would be unhealthy for anyone to stay in the room and the staff was very disrespectful when I ask for another room because of these problems with the room they refused so I wanted a refund I have spent a lot of money on this site and if they are honest they would refund my money
