The oceanfront rooms are awesome. Excellent location and view. The con is that I unexpectedly had to pay for parking even though there were no spots available at the actual location. Also, the pool is on the parking lot. If you want a nice pool, this isn’t the hotel for you. BIT, if you want an oceanfront balcony on the boardwalk, this one is nice

Balconies were nice on bayside, pool Needs some maintenance done to it. We didn’t use the pool because it looked dirty! Pet friendly is a plus!! But during our 5 day stay we had no room service at all And when I called the front desk for linen the night we arrived for the pull out couch I was told to go down and get it!

Everything was good and the staffing was excellent

Great stay, loved the balcony! Only complaint, it didn’t have a shower curtain when I arrived but when I called housekeeping, they were quick to come with one. Will definitely return.

It’s a typical beach hotel. Great location and everything you need is right there. It’s a “pet friendly” hotel, but they have no place to take your pet “out”. Any green area in the neighborhood says, “No dogs. We treat these areas with pesticide.” Other than that, it was comfortable.

The convenience to the beach! The fact I was called the day before asking me if I would accommodate them because the air conditioning went out and would provide me with a portable a/c that would not interfere with my access to the balcony and I would get free parking and late check out well I had free parking but I had a room that had a balcony door that did not lock or close properly and I had a 3 year old child with me which they knew and when it came to late check out I was locked out of my room by 11 am the day of departure I had to request my key reprogrammed that didn’t work we had to have staff let us in after waiting over a half an hour to get in our room which we were to have access to. Then half of our lights and outlets did not work. The price of the rooms does not add up to the quality you pay for. Never again

Beautiful view of the ocean and boardwalk. Front desk staff was very nice The door key card did not work well we had to have them replaced six times. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. Our room was never cleaned the whole time beds weren’t changed. We had to go get our own towels and toilet paper. The parking is horrible. Small and very tight parking at the hotel overflow parking was across the street. Our room had a Jacuzzi tub and shower, which is not adequate for my husband who is 83 years old. We were never asked if that would be a problem and we were never told about the tub type

Location Building needs fixed up/updates

The room was spacious. Dog friendly. The staff was great. Close to the beach and stores.

Room was pretty clean except for sand still on the floor. Air conditioner had some issues and wasn’t cooling like it should have. Bathroom doorknob was loose and wasn’t working properly. Great location and stayed there before and didn’t have these issues like we did this time !

This hotel is very convenient because is right at the boardwalk, staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing is that the rooms are extremely outdated, sliding door did not have the mechanisms to lock and the door look very disgusting, the for we're dirty as if they were not cleaned at all. There were many broken things, we only stay there for the location and the fact that is pretty friendly. Needs Updating.

The staff is awesome the room was clean and perfect beach front views and no problems with parking, we had our french bull dog with us and he was treated like a king. I would recommend staying at paradise plaza.
