Paradise Plaza Inn

The hotel room was nice. An earlier check in would be nice. Also knowing there is a daily parking fee upfront could have been helpful.

The ocean view was amazing. Staff was very helpful with questions and assistance. The pool was also very nice to have with the ocean being overrun with jellyfish.

Beachfront & near everything

Minute booking but had a balcony on top floor and that’s all I wanted!

Everything was great. Perfect location to everything. Fantastic view and staff was top notch. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Ocean City

Extra trash bags and bags for wet clothes

Aw Stinks!! Some 2,000 beachgoers have been stung by jellyfish here in the last two weeks. We got hit and learned the news later from a boat Captain and Google. And the restaurant on the second floor did not have its liquor license, serving food only (Bird Dog Tavern).

Called the front desk when I got there and they came and put more tape on it, which obviously didn’t work and makes the room look trashy.

Excellent view. Clean room. Was just felt damp. Staff was realy good. Nice balcony. We had an awesome time.

The Staff were very friendly throughout the different shift changes, very helpful anytime you needed they responded right away and with a smile. The hotel for the amount of people checking in and out is very well maintained, the room was very clean beds were a little to hard for what I am used to but comfortable the pillows were too soft but there were enough that I was able to get comfortable, love the view from our room we had a partial view of both the beach and the bay the balcony was great. The microwave and refrigerator were very clean and had nice counter space were you could actually make a microwave meal if needed ( just bring utensils if you need) right on the boardwalk so you are close to anything you may need or want. Had a beautiful time and definitely am coming back to this hotel.

The room itself was spacious and the hotel is in a great location, staff was friendly. I wouldn’t stay here again with pets but would consider if traveling without them.

Toilet overflowed and I asked 5 times for the room to be cleaned, which they never did. Staff was very rude for the most part and someone in my group was called dumb by staff. Water was cold, handles on doors were broke and they did not have enough parking, which we paid for.

When we arrived our room had a very poor working portable AC unit. The area around the casement of the sliding door was under repair and you could see through to the outside. The area was section taped. The sliding glass door didn’t lock either. I got us a different room and it was ok but the sliding door still didn’t lock. The AC wasn’t great either. Property has obviously been neglected. We wouldn’t stay there again!

It was ok a lot of stuff needs to be fix. The sliding door wouldn’t lock and could hardly open and bar in the tub was broken

Crazy hotel

AC was very loud and then quit working. Pull out mattress was horrible, very thin with no support. No Wi-Fi on our floor. Balcony doors were broken and very difficult to open. Fire alarm and evacuation 3 times the first night because a guest was smoking in their room. After returning to our room on the second night the temp was 78°. I finally had enough and we were issued a different room. This meant packing and unpacking again. It was quite inconvenient. Second room was satisfactory, but I believe we deserve some type of refund for our troubles.
