I had a wonderful stay. Everything was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond. From upgrading our room to allowing early check-in, service was top tier. The beds were comfortable and I loved that the shower had good pressure and flow. The hotel is right on the boardwalk and has shared balcony access!! Zero complaints, I'll be back!!

She has two friendly, oversized cats. My daughter had stayed there before. She really likes the hotel. The manager at the front desk was very nice. I checked out her spacious room, which was great! She had two beds in the room. The one bed she covered with an old sheet that she brought. This was where the cats slept. Her cats settled in comfortably, and so did she. Her two self-cleaning litter boxes, she placed in the bathroom. This is an excellent place for a cat-lover to stay!

It was clean The beds were too hard. Made it impossible to sleep and now my back hurts. Everything else was fine.

I had such a fantastic experience from start to end - the staff are so kind and accommodating, the location is absolutely perfect, just a couple steps from the boardwalk and beach, free and private parking, very clean rooms, and a bunch of great little extras like coffee and cookies in the lobby, an ice machine, etc. I will definitely be back - it’s my favorite place to stay in OC by far! N/A - everything was honestly great

Close to everything!! The huge balcony on both floors and that at night you can’t get into the hotel without a key card which I felt very safe there

Everything was great, except the parking when I was there was diagonal from motel and the whole floor shared the balcony. Only 3rd and 4th floor had a balcony and the 4th floor had no covering over balcony. This.was the motel with the gift shop infront of it.

Very close to the boardwalk, super clean and our building had its own patio we could sit on. Very clean outside. They immediately upgraded us to a room with an extra bed, made sure to tell us all the rules and key features of the room. Very nice! One downside was that our rooms started to smell a little bit because of the sea and it was a little hard to air it out.

Location was ideal, beach and boardwalk is a short walk away.

It was right on the boardwalk and also had a covered deck where we could sit and watch the ocean, so relaxing! Parking could be difficult in the busier season
