Great views

My stay was amazing, from the amenities, accessible parking and gorgeous view of the beach.

The staff was making us feel like asking for towels at the pool was too much. There was a rack for pool towels it was empty we asked for more towels and they refused to bring us some. They also advertised free parking and the front desk advised parking was free and i was charged $90 for parking for 2 days. When there was free lot parking right next to the building i could of used instead.

We have stayed here for the last 4 years. This is the first time I’ve been unsatisfied with our stay. We were charged $20 a day to park. They place a $60 hold for “snacks and drink”. The beds were uncomfortable. They no longer offer two free beach chairs. We paid $35 for a beach umbrella( we’re $15 previous years). A lot of changes they were stated when we booked the room.

Clean rooms and it was right on the boardwalk.

The view from the room and proximity to the boardwalk is great. The rooms are decent but outdated.

We did not care for the room because as soon as you walked in the door the beds were there and there was not much room to get by. It would be better to have the living room space to the front and the rooms to the back so you could listen to the ocean throughout the night.

What breakfast? If you are referring to the cafe at the front of the hotel then I will say that the food was good, small portions, and very pricy and only to find out on the last day of my stay that the coffee was free. Your housekeeping manager needs to go, that's if you have one. No one came to clean the rooms, had to ask for towels every day, opened the sofa bed the first night only to find blood spots on the sheets and a 20in circular pee stain on the mattress, it was changed but after my wife felt discussted. I did get a credit of one night to compensate. Location was great and would possibly stay again if I knew that there was management that cared. By the way there was seven families that stayed there with me as we booked it to have a vacation together and they all complained of the housekeeping

When you check in they want you put down a deposit then the charge you other deposits for parking and it want in the agree

Great location. Room was nice size as well as the bathroom. Clean Refrigerator froze the food and drinks no matter what the setting. Maybe don’t have gaps in divider between balconies

We liked the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Room was spacious and the small kitchen was just what we needed. Honestly, our room was really dirty and the tub and shower were gross. The baseboards were gross and the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. We did go to the front desk to get some more TP and ask for washcloths and the staff member was rude and housekeeping did not come to our room at all.
