It was clean, the location was nice and the staff were amazing The indoor pool was green so unable it use it

Location . Big balcony and comfortable beds! Nothing it was perfect for what we needed for the Country festival

Went to the restaurant attached to the hotel. Ask for a table and the server said I have one here. Took the dirty napkin left on the table, brushed the table of crumbs and said here you go. She expected us to eat a table cleaned with someone’s dirty napkin. Then there was the $20 a night to park in a handicap spot!? I do need to say the location would have been wonderful if the hotel was clean. The staff we dealt with was very nice. But management needs to be held accountable for the condition of the property.

The balcony, in our ocean front suite. The bai-tee bakery right in the hotel. The fractured prune was right there,also the beach within a few steps. Great location!!!! That the beds were right inside the door, felt it could have been a little cleaner.

The room was spotless, the staff was awesome and the cafe was great. Definitely get a ocean facing balcony. Everything was as advertised, only better.

We were in town for the Ocean's Calling Festival that got cancelled. We only spent 1 night in the room but it was clean, we had a great view and staff was very friendly, I would stay there again,

Mom’s room wasn’t clean but they immediately came up to remedy it The staff and the closeness to the beach.

Weather was bad, but our room and the view of the ocean was perfect! Larger refrigerator would be nice.

Loved the location. But there are no utensils at all to go with the kitchenette..no plates, glasses, silverware etc.so bring your own if you plan to eat in at all, even if its only leftovers

We stayed 3 nights. Never had room service. Place was very tired. Not exactly dirty but not up to par either. Wonderful bakery on 1st floor saved the stay. Ocean view was perfect. Locale and parking good. Upkeep sub par.
