Cabana Motel

Good budget option in Ocean City, MD. Parking is $10/day on property. Rooms were clean, but towels were poorly stocked and there are no hangers or closets in the room. Furniture is poor quality and bathroom was tiny - but hot water and pressure were great in shower. AC worked great. Would’ve liked a water dispenser in lobby and more information at check-in. Good in a pinch, especially for location!

I understand the properties are old; but the amount for these rooms are ridiculous. The best thing about the room was the hot water. Never again.

Excellent value and location! Staff is very friendly and there is free coffee in the lobby. Walking distance to plenty of stuff most importantly da beach

Staff was helpful. Given new towels regularly throughout the stay. Room was decently clean. Location was excellent and the price was right…

Location is key and considering I'm at the beach for the beach this room was exactly what I needed when I needed it. Everything was basic and I was fine with that. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. My a.c. was cold and bed was comfy. Already booked a 3 night 2 weeks from today. Very enjoyable experience.

Easy access to the beach

The room was fine, but there is a parking fee on top of the hotel room fee so after you book with Expedia they won't let you park your vehicle in their motel parking lot unless you pay an additional $10 per night

Loves the stay & was very close to the boardwalk ❤️ staff was amazing

Rooms have mold. Stains on bedding. Shower did not look clean. Cops were on site about 2 times in the three days we stayed. We ended up leaving a day early because of it.

One little piece of soap

Last minute trip and this motel checked all the boxes. Close to the beach had a pool and reasonably priced. The bathroom was small, no coffee maker in the room, and the pool was small and had some leave ect floating around. But I would stay again for the mid week price.

The noise outside was my only issue. But what do you expect on the boardwalk.

We had come down from DE. the night prior and actually slept in the car. I walked into the lobby at 9am and explained our previous night's excursions, and I asked if I paid extra could we check-in early and the pleasant older gentleman asked for my i.d. confirmed my reservation and let us check-in a full 6 hrs. ahead of usual check-in time (FOR FREE). The room was basic but I'm at the beach for the beach, it was enough to shelter me for the night. No Bugs, no trash, bathroom was clean, shower functioned fine. TV and microwave worked fine. For no other reason I would have been great, thanks to the Amazing customer service, I had a wonderful weekend, and I will be back again. It is conveniently located right in the mix of everything. If you just want to stay for the night or a few that won't break the bank, then I suggest this place but if you want the royal treatment and expect a red carpet with mints on your pillow then go pay that. Thank you again to the staff and I greatly appreciate your hospitality, and I will be returning soon.

Found two bedbugs in the room, and another room was not available. I did not stay there for the night and was not directly offered a refund because I booked via Expedia.

Location

The room was decent and organized. The chair in it, was dirty and sketchy to use. The lock on the door looks like it was kicked in and wasn’t too great to lock from inside. There was a few fingernails/presson nails on the floor which was pretty gross.

Nice quiet location walking distance from the beach. Close to restaurants, markets and other convenience stores. Was prepared for a more barebones motel for the price, was surprised and how modern, clean and attentive staff were. Definitely more private and luxurious than some of the other options.

HORRIBLE MANAGER WHO YELLS AT PEOPLE.....The room was absolutely disgusting and smelled soo bad like cigarettes even tho the property is non smoking. Roaches were crawling out of the tv, the toilet stopped working within hours of being there. The bed looked like someone was sleeping in it before we got there because there was hair and crumbs still on the bed. The shower was never cleaned and still had dirt and hair on the bottom. The door wouldn't even shut all the way which is major saftey concern. To top all of this off, when i called to speak to the manager about a refund, he proceeded to yell at me saying he will not help me and hung up on me. This property needs to be shut down by the town of ocean city. Also as i was leaving another person staying at this motel was trying to beat up some guy with a skateboard as he was walking with his children. The literal ghetto
