they stole my deposit and then charged my card again and when I called they kept hanging up on me.

Dont expect to ve on tge beach cause you wont be. And parking is terrible on Friday and Saturday.

Good location, friendly/helpful staff, clean rooms! Guest bathroom outside to rinse off sand. Parking is really tight but wasn’t a big deal.

Had issue with booking due to missing check in time because had an unexpected funeral. Owner was understanding and extremely helpful with setting us up with another room.

I like everything , was clean room with a full bed is little bit smaller , but for two people and spend the nights are ok .. the pool is very clean , very close to boardwalk, store close , Catholic Church two blocks down . The parking lot very nice , Internet good ,, I highly recommend , the AC work super good … very quit place to stay . I will came . I enjoy the stay-in 😊😊😊😊👌👌👌

Alot to say,#1 best deal in oc. jun thu to sun less then 500.we seen a bad review an was concerned but booked anyway. Glad we did. Our room was exactly what i paid for. Clean, comfortable to sleep, what else do you need a room for on vaca at the ocean. A place to lay your head and take a break and securely keep your stuff. Thats what i paid for. A.c worked great, tv nice, secure room, nice pool, extremely friendly staff, i dont think we encountered one of them that didnt smile and say hi or something, the owner was very professional treated us with respect. We will absolutely be returning again this year and probably next. The only thing i would say to be ready for which applies to ALL smaller hotels that dont cost 500 per night is parking is tight so maybe unload your stuff then park, there is overflow parking in the parking garage rite next to the building.

This has been one of the worst stays of my life. When me and my husband and children checked in the front desk big guy was very rude and intimidating.... there was not a statement that there was going to be a 100$ deposit fee and you can get panelized for just about anything even a dirty towel so God forbid if one of my small children has a accident or something they ask 35 dollars if you stain a towel.. the air conditioner was so loud it sound like a dump truck going on and off in your room it was so loud it vibrated the beds.... and then you have to wait to get your money back until some lady who on her own time comes in ND checks behind you.... and let's not forget check in is at 2 we got there at 4 and still could not check in cause our room wasn't ready for another 35 minutes. And when it was ready I could tell the beds were not changed just the pillow cases GOOD THING WHEN WE STAY AT MOTELS WE BRING OUR OWN SHEETS BLANKETS AND PILLOWS TO SLEEP WITH.... 1 OUT OF 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The breakfast was poor no options and I know what continental means. The bed linen was stained had to show pictures because they assumed I was lying. The TV was broken had to wait until the next day to get another one. No phone to contact the desk about room issues. Was shown a balcony room when booked room was placed in a corner room no balcony and nex to a drak hallway. I would never recommend that place.

It was close to the beach and I got it for a nice price but staff were uninformed no friendly found a plastic bottle in room had to pay for Ice and the staff couldn’t find spoons.. The young curly hair man 2nd shift was only one that was pleasant and gave me suggestions and made me feel special for my birthday..

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless. I will definitely come back.

The room was clean however, I didnt feel it was 100% it felt very mucky in the room . With the air on high . I constantly felt sticky and my feet felt like walked in sand or dirt walking across the floor with my slides on. The parking does is not the best but tolerable. No handicap parking wich isn't good for any special needs kiddo ( as mine) and anyone for that matter! I skipped their breakfast as I heard it was frozen breakfast sandwiches. I never checked it out. The place need a upgrade badly. I felt like there were bugs crawling on me in the bed . The pool was nice and clean .

I really liked it; not expensive, clean and comfortable rooms, the pool is well maintained, and it is just a few steps from the beach. I would definitely like to come back. Staff was also nice and attentive and breakfast is included. It is not a continental breakfast or buffet but I cannot complain, they had coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt. Very recommended choice for the summer.

I had a wonderful stay at this family apartment in Ocean City, Maryland! The location was perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and the boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for us to relax. We especially loved the pool, which was clean and a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation, and we hope to come back again!

This motel is exactly what you would expect. It was clean, a very short walk (literally right around the corner) to the beach. The only downfall is the good spots on the boardwalk is a 20 minute walk. But that wasn't really a killer its good exercise plus you can stop to relax anywhere along the way. The staff was helpful with questions. There is a $100 security deposit but mine went back into my account within a few hours of checking out (we checked out at 9 so the staff had time to check our room upon checking out). All in all this is a good cheap stay, clean, close to the beach.

Very nice, only complaint I really had was that the floor was wooden and could of been cleaned better. After my friend got out of the shower, she walked around bare foot and the bottoms of her feet ended up being black with in 5 minutes. Thankfully for me I wear slides all the time so I didn't have that issue.
