The only thing that was decent about this place was it had parking. NOTHING ELSE. Cockroaches. Blood smeared walls. Bathtub and bathroom sink covered in dirt and hair from prior guests. The shower didn’t have a shower head, just a pipe out of the wall. Original room was 113. When I alerted the front desk attendant of the cockroaches he said and I quote “I can come spray it with raid but I don’t know what else you want me to do, the manager isn’t here.” I had to argue with him on the phone for over 15 minutes and threaten to call the authorities before he would even contact his manager. The manager finally called me and did a three way call with the front desk attendant, herself, and me- she asked how he handled the situation and when I explained just what I said above she made it into a “training moment” with the staff member. She had him move me to another room, I stated I am not comfortable staying here with blood smears on the walls and the amount of cockroaches everywhere, but I spent 495.00 and didn’t have the funds to stay elsewhere. The second room (118) he tried to put us in had lamps with literal busted lightbulbs and no other light source so he moved us to yet another room. Room 116, it was filthy, had holes in the bathroom walls, the bathroom door was so dirty it was three different shades and physically swollen. It smelled of mold so badly, the bathtub was dirty, the sink in this room was at least clean and it STILL HAD COCKROACHES. They were coming out of the fridges, under the mattresses, from behind the photo frames. I never received an apology from any staff member, I was refused a refund, and now the owner is ignoring the messages from booking telling them to give me a refund. This place is UNSAFE and UNSANITARY.

The location. We arrived expecting to swim in the pool, but found plastic bags and leaves in the pool, and the spa was drained. We opened our second-floor room to a smell of bleach, cigarette smoke, and dampness. We had arranged a non-smoking room, but that didn't seem to matter. Our towels were tiny. We didn't get fresh towels during the four nights we were there, and when we asked for more soap, they gave us tiny hand soap and said that's all they had. We had to ask again to see if they had anything in the back, and the clerk finally found some. Our TV worked, but parental controls blocked some channels and required a code. We asked the front desk clerk, and neither he nor the maintenance guy had the code - again, we were reminded of something we were shown but couldn't have.

The location. The hot water! The Room was very tiny, 2 extreme small windows. It looked like it used to be a storage room for the pool area. Missing chunks if floor, blood smeared on walls in bathroom. Rusty shower.

I loved the room and we were right on the corner so it felt like we had our own little balcony the location is right in the middle of everything so its perfect The room was sandy in some spots like under the table and the tv kept going out but I'm sure that was because of the storm that night

The location of it Already paid for a room don’t think I should have to pay to park in their parking lot

It was affordable Not a thing it was extra money for whatever don’t know what it for.

Cheap Ac was broke took 2 hours to fix. No toilet paper and no soap or shampoo.

Outside pool The motel room had ants. The mattress felt like a deflated air mattress. There were two spots in with plastic sheets of covering over what felt like big holes. Tv didn’t work.
