Islander Motel

I liked that it was close to any and all places to eat and things to do! The fact I have to wait 7-14 business days for my deposit back... They got paid immediately, so why can't I get my deposit back immediately?

Location and it was nice and quiet. Good price for 2 nights. The pool was out of order, we had to go buy towels cause they only had one and a wash cloth in the room, they gave us another towel after asking. You also have to pay for parking on the premises if not you have to park on the street.

list can go on & on I checked out the next day they gave me a run around and never gave me a refund for the nights I didnt stay had to book a last minute hotel at OC after driving 5 hours to get the unpleasant surprise of this GHETTO MOTEL

Clean and comfortable to stay

The pool was nice. And the Ladies working during my check out were comply, helpful & understanding. The one lady went above and beyond with her customer service skills to accommodate my request. The male employee tried to steal my cash deposit. I was ultimately given my money back but not until I threatened to call the police.

Location....I used to stay here many years ago. Sink leaked. Ants were in the room.

Location to beach and Board Walk great. Lighting in room is terrible. No soap offered to even wash you hands properly. Toilet seat broken. Cold water tap not working. Then staff had to come get us on the first night as the first staff member who processed our information didn't do it correctly.

It was a pretty decent price To far from beach,had ants really bad they were even crawling in the bed,the tub in the bathroom had so much mold in it the walls we’re disgusting.

Room was redone but ants. Not enough lighting. Room service what’s that no clean towel threw the stay nothing. Pool wasn’t open for Memorial Day that was kinda late in my opinion

The bathroom was okay Well my friends room had ants, the bedding could be updated, and the TV didn't work there was dust on the ceiling most definitely not staying here again

Location Everything outdated, smelled of strong cleaning chemicals and tv did not work. No toilet paper rack and no drinking cups.

Air/ heat in the room. Lots of extra space around bed. There was mold in the bathroom. The room smelled so weird. Not what I was expecting and not worth the price.

The property was clean and covenant to everything I did not like that I could not get WiFi and the office was not available when I needed assistance! The beds were to high to get up on for my elderly mother
