The check in process was a nightmare. No organization at all. Totally inefficient and unorganized. Other than check in it is a nice little hotel nothing special for the price. It was a very clean motel with a pool for the price.

The room was clean and the location is great for the price. However, because the prices are more affordable, there are certain crowds who stay there and don’t care about their noise level, watching their children in the pool, smoking, etc.

Nothing dazzling, but just what is needed for a simple beach holiday. Clean room and bathroom, convenient parking and barely a minute walk from the beach and the top end (20th street) of the boardwalk.

Location Everything. The room was disgusting. Old food beside the bed, behind the fridge, floss, q-tips. . The fridge didn’t work, freezer couldn’t keep and Ive pack frozen. A/c didn’t keep the room clean. No screen on the 3rd floor window. Outlets smell hot while using, had to unplug appliances. Uneven floors. NO SMOKE DETECTOR. Literally awful.

Great location to the beach and boardwalk No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor
-
Ice machine broken. Everything in room was unplugged.

This location is in close proximity to the beach — about a 2 minute walk. I was lucky enough to get a balcony and it was a beautiful spot to relax in the sun after a long day. My room was clean and well maintained. I loved the small table which I used to eat there. This location was perfect enough for a weekend escape to Ocean City, Maryland.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful I did not have any dislikes about the property with this stay

I stayed here with my family for the fourth time; the hotel management and staff are wonderful people! I recommend it to everyone! Thank you for your hard work! And yes, the ocean is just a stone's throw away!!!

Nice hotel

The location was great. The room was dirty, beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was dirty, had water stains on the ceiling. We had to switch hotels due to the noise, foul language and pot smell from the entire floor. They were accommodating, they moved us to a better room at the other hotel they own... Sahara motel. That was much better, cleaner, quieter and the little cafe was excellent.

Older but clean and relaxing very nice.

My personal cons to staying here starts with the room reeking of mildew. So much so that we kept the door open most of the time we were in the room. The ac unit showed the filter needed to be changed. The office is located at the Sahara Motel, the next block over. The ice machine was broken and by the looks of had been for a very long time. The room was clean. But the bathroom shower needed to be wiped down where you put your toiletries in the stall. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so you had to open the window while you showered. I suggest you avoid June as recent graduates from the tristate area are staying in OC. We were woken up our first night around midnight by a girl screaming at the top of her lungs at some dude in the room next door. This went on for about 20 minutes

It's very close to the beach
-
Insanely bad. Taken over by gangsters that are up all night and loud. No way to get any sleep with the crazy, endless noise from yelling and partying outside the rooms ALL. Night. Long. We had to leave early. Never again.

the location was perfect a lot of teenagers everywhere
-
Close to beach No security, loud teenagers, manager never came to talk to them, guest not respecting other guests, very very noisy, empress do not answer the phone, housekeeping don't see if you need anything, this was the worst motel I ever been too. I will Never go back here! Blood on comforter. So many things!
-
Very close to the beach The staff allowed young unsupervised adults to party and be loud, they were underage to drink, a lot of drugs and fighting, kicking in doors, jumping off of the roof and didn’t settle down until the morning. The pool was disgustingly dirty
-
It was close to the boardwalk and the air show We didn’t get any towels, the ice machine was out of order

The location was Perfect! All the crazy senior week people there.
