Coastal Inn - Ocean City

It was very clean and in a good location- right next to Dunkin and 7-11. Also, there were 2 bus stops located next to the hotel! The tv didn’t load any channels, the pool was a little dirty, and we got locked out of our room and had to wait for management to come and fix it.

The day I checked out I was looking for something I had lost moved the mattress an seen a used condom under the mattress on the floor

rooms were nice , ac was nice one of the beds were dirty, had stuff on the bed like crumbs and sand and stains

Small. Didn't like how u had to step up very steep to inter bathroom. Pool was dirty. No ice machine. Shower and toilet Didn't work right .

Loved the room, the large mini fridge, the pool and friendly staff! Being charged $10/day for parking

You are located within walking distance to boardwalk, beach, restaurants, mini golf, dunkin and so much more. The rooms, sheets and bathroom clean upon arrival. They were very short staffed pool posted open at 9am yet wasn’t clean and ready til afternoon, maid staff never go into your room we cleaned up ourselves ants were everywhere, beds are 4 ft off the ground hard wood base if you have young ones be careful they can hurt themselves easily. Parking is not free on property, there is no guest bathrooms only a shower outdoors, no carpeting, not sound proof, no patio or outside seating, pool area has no umbrellas gets shady after 2-3pm, only lodge chairs in pool area and after pool closes no where to sit outside, no WiFi, no hotel staff including lobby 3am-? One day they didn’t return until after check out time. No elevator, no ice maker Staff not trained to handle conversation and correct actions a couple was enjoying their morning neon green bong everyday with large clear viral sitting out showing the drug in the stairway where it is close space two people can’t walk up and down at once. Only on our last day when leaving the staff I talked to looked at video and went to remove them from the property. We still had 3 other days of pot smoke and having to not let the young ones we were with to see what they were doing. The drug use started early 8-9am and continues all day long.

To much trash and the parking lot

Nothing at all. No value for the money paid. Outdated room,dirtiness in bathroom, hallways and pools.

Need more towels

The hotel had the basics we needed for a comfortable stay and the location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice, and a special thank you to Randy at the front desk for his great customer service and for making our check-in process much easier. Several room keys stopped working. Housekeeping did not service our room during our two-night stay and we were only provided with few towels and one roll of toilet paper.

Toilet seat smaller than toilet. Ants in room because of gap under the door.

I didn’t like that there’s no ice machines and I didn’t like that they now charge a fee for parking

nothing Front Desk guy was extremely rude he asked for a card i asked does the card have to have money on it as some places do a surcharge or a hold for damages he responded with “i don’t care just give me a card” room was okay for the price but i would never recommend this place to anybody

Parking had to pay for

Easily walkable Pool got shut down by THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT for more than a day, no partial refund. Water took forever to hear up, wifi didn't work, tv barely worked, oh and left side of sink? Yeah completely detatched

I didn’t like that there was no elevators with a disabled family
