We used the pool every day as the beach was overrun by JellyFish. How perfect was the pool? It was a Godsend!! Highly recommend Dunes to anyone going to Ocean City!

Great location, good room

Perfect location right at the Boardwalk end away from the hoopla. Walk out of building and onto beach. Surrey and bike rental right to the right. Two pools you can use. Yes it’s an older building but well maintained. We had a King suite and it was stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. Balcony overlooking the beach cannot be beat. Parking was good but weekends can get filled up but there is a lot across the road for overflow. Elevator. Check-in and out easy. We will stay here again.

Great location. Easy to walk places. Wonderful view. Looks exactly like the pictures. Pool wasn’t located easily for the suites, but we didn’t need it because the beach was perfect and the ocean was warm!

Dunes is a good location at the end of boardwalk on 27th. It’s away from loud noise. I wish the Dunes would stay air freshener for the THC. I’m not a user and it’s a very foul smell 😝

They have one lot for the Motel section, one lot for the Suites section and then an Overflow lot. That said, there are not enough spaces in the motel lot or the suites lot to accommodate the number of rooms that they have, so you have a slim chance of being able to park in the lot for the building that you are staying in. This became an issue during my stay because the first night there, I fell on the concrete steps at the Suites building and badly sprained my ankle. Because of the sprained ankle, walking long distances was uncomfortable so having to park in the overflow lot and walk across the street, past the hotel and up to the Suites building became something that I dreaded anytime we went somewhere. Just a note on the fall, the staircase closest to the lifeguard shed (the old tram building) has a larger than normal space between the top step and the second step, one that some, like me, would not anticipate. I obviously miscalculated and fell, landing on my ankle and bending it backwards. Management might want to consider adding a "Watch your Step" sign or something of that nature by that stairway so that people are just a little more careful.

Dunes Suites is great. Staff is excellent, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Place is also conveniently located at the end of the boardwalk. Close enough but no foot traffic to bother you. Right on the beach

It is conveniently located close to restaurants, mini golf, beach and bus stop. We arrived at least an hour before check in time and we were able to get in to our room early. We didn’t swim, but both pools looked very clean. We will definitely stay here in the future!

Stayed 08/06/26to 08/08/26. Was supposed to be until 08/09/26but we got out of there. Booked two room for the 8 of us. Rooms were on the ground floor. Thursday night room 2113 had a big cockroach in it. Complained to front desk and they said they would send someone out which they never did. Friday night my wife and woke up to a cockroach in our face in our bed and one on the floor near the bathroom. That was it my wife could not sleep the rest of the night. Complained at front desk Saturday morning and they did comp us two nights for one of the two rooms but that didn’t change the fact that we had cockroaches in both rooms so we cut our vacation one night short!😟 They blamed on the fact that a hotel had been torn down next door but that property was already being built on so I don’t buy it! I think they just don’t do enough preventative spraying and don’t clean rooms very well. Also, let me say this, I have been vacationing in OC Maryland for over 60 years at least once sometimes twice a year. I have stayed at many other properties and not once have I ever had a cockroach in my room. Not Acceptable. Please do not stay here!

The staff was nice, the property itself was good, and the location was great with access to both the beach and the boardwalk.

A very special thank you to Rosa, our housekeeper, who was amazing! She was incredibly detailed and made sure our room stayed pristine, clean, comfortable, and inviting all week long. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it made such a difference in our stay. We also want to recognize Angelica, the General Manager. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she has a real talent for leading her team, and it shows in the wonderful service provided throughout the property. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Ocean City. Dunes Suites truly felt like our home away from home, and we will definitely be returning! Thank you to Angelica, Rosa, and the entire team for making our vacation so memorable! ❤️🌊☀️

It was good the room was beautiful. Everything worked. The only we wish our room got cleaned out more often but it was okay.
-
Great room with a terrific view and helpful staff.

Great hotel
-
It was a good hotel. My kids liked that there was two pools to use.
-
Has advantages and disadvantages because of the public bathroom shack that sits right next to the building. Parking is terrible because of the limitation of spots as I had to use a public spot multiple times. Overall a decent experience.
-
It was ocean front and close walking range to the convenient store. Overall good experience staying there

Office Staff and view were the highlights but cleaning and parking were BIG issues. Cleaning was routinely not completed or covered over. Parking was very poorly managed and the initial communication of check in process was non existent... FYI. Check in at dunes court not the actual hotel...

It wasn’t a great view
