The location. The oceanfront view. Clean and comfortable room Nothing

We had a ton of flies in our room. When told, they came and fumigation. But still, shouldn't have happened.

I thought the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful.

We rented two rooms. Our exterior door fell off the hinges twice and the tv didn’t work the last night.

Love the balcony, spacious room, excellent location

The view was awesome, the location was great. The room was adequate but dated. The bathroom was tiny. Under normal circumstances we probably would have been happy with the hotel…the famous Boardwalk is within spitting distance and there are ample services within walking distance. Unfortunately, Mother Nature decided to show up with a Nor’Easter which destroyed any opportunities to walk around, enjoy the beach or drive to restaurants. Not the hotel’s fault obviously but it wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been.

Place has perfect location and room was terrific

Great view, wonderful balcony, convenient location. Could have used a cutting board in the kitchen, but that's pretty minor.

Comfy beds, eas quiet. The outside and carpets are worn. But the kitchen was very nice. The vending machines were empty

Direct oceanfront

We liked that it was clean, and close walking distance to the restaurants. We got there early as there were things we wanted to do. Never dreamed they would tell us our room was ready, we were just asking for a parking pass. It was hard getting on the same time frame as the cleaning crew so we would be out of their way to clean. I wish there was a way of picking the floor you want to be on.

Great location, easy beach access and food options within walking distance.

The lack of a bathroom vanity or bathroom countertop space that could be used for the incredible amounts of things vacationers usually bring, was HIGHLY frustrating.

It was a beautiful and spacious room literally right on the beach. The boardwalk was right by the hotel, and parking was provided as well. It's not too far from anything in Ocean City. I would definitely stay here again. There was nothing to not like!

We stayed in a non smoking unit which was great, however, those staying next to us smoked a lot on the balcony and not just cigarettes. The smell was so bad we had to go inside and couldn’t enjoy spending time on the balcony during the day and at night. Wish the hotel was completely smoke free.
