Dunes Suites Oceanfront

Checked in and found a clogged drain in the bathtub and the door sweep was worn away. We went to the front desk to let them know and are very pleased to say it was fixed within a few hours! The air conditioner was quiet and worked very well. There was a sparse amount of silverware in the drawer which I blame past tenants, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

The ocean front rooms offer a great view! We also liked the location at the end of the boardwalk.

The room was clean, and the pool area was well maintained. The staff, as always, were friendly and helpful, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. A couple of updates would make the stay even better. The bathrooms could use a refresh, especially with more counter space, and upgraded coffee makers would be a welcome addition. Since these are suites and many guests stay for a week, the instant pod coffee makers aren't ideal for multiple coffee drinkers. Overall, we had another enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

Nice location

We always stay here when we travel! We love that it has a small kitchen and the staff is always helpful!!! They only have coffee in the rooms and I don’t drink coffee so I’d like for them to add tea or hot chocolate instead of guests having to go to the front desk first those… otherwise, I will be going back there!! I love it!!!

View was gorgeous. Top floor on the end! Staff greeted us as soon as we walked it. Answered all out questions. Definitely will be staying here again! Great couple days away!

Cheerful room, staff. Nice walk on boardwalk. Beach beautiful. Enjoyed 10 days. Going to do same next year. Hot water. Cool airconditioner. Elevator seems efficient. Plenty of towels. Bed and linens pillows comfortable. Great place

I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Dunes. My room was immaculate. My only two small issues were (1) TV display was darker than normal and could not adjust. It was watchable and not worth a complaint, and (2) the coffee maker was the old flat pods instead of a Keurig pod but again not worthy of complaint. More a personal preference. Staff was very customer friendly on check-in and check-out. I will absolutely stay here again for short or extended stays.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Dunes Suites Ocean Front. The View was spectacular! Apon entering, the room was clean and well cared for. The location was a long walk down the Boardwalk to get to the shops and restaurants. Daily cleaning of the room was very poor! Cleaning staff did not clean the room at all. Did not pick up trash or dirty towels nor did they leave clean towels.

The room was OK. The bathroom floor was dirty. And the air conditioning unit sucked. It was cooler outside than it was inside. And the porch door was not sealed at the top so it was just extremely humid in the room. Definitely just ok.

We love our room which is Oceanfront at 4 th floor. We may come back in the future.

We booked a 2 Queen bed suite. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Room was clean, great AC. Balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. Parking was never an issue. Lenora our housekeeper did an amazing job! The room was a fair price as well.
