High prices, rooms smell not nice and staff are not helpful.

Everything was great with the exception of housekeeping. The woman servicing our floor was extremely rude for 2 days in a row. Flat out told me no when I asked for extra towels then came to my room a half hour before checkout to “clean”. Extremely rude and impolite.

Cons: restaurant hours, no towels in room upon arrival, room did not get cleaned even though we were told service every other day and I specifically called and requested a cleaning in the morning. Conclusion: stay was ok

We had a terrible stay here and left early. We traveled 5 1/2 hrs to come to this hotel on vacation with our 3 kids and it was so disappointing. The cleaning crew didn’t show up for almost 4 days. I had overflowing garbages where we slept the bathroom and the entire room was such a mess. We requested they clean our room 4x before they finally showed up. We asked for fresh towels to bathe the kids not once not twice 3-4 times and they didn’t even bring them. We saw a mad on the floor level and grabbed them ourselves. There was dust everywhere the air vents were covered in dust.

Clean room, staff was amazing .

This is the best hotel to stay in the entire area in my humble opinion. It's right at the beginning of the boardwalk, steps away from the beach and all of the rooms have a balcony view of the ocean. Plus the staff were all so friendly and accommodating and the beachfront restaurant served great food in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I can't wait to come back.

Nice

I was informed that they do not do housekeeping but other day , so that means you don't get coffee or trash pickup. In my outlook of thing this is not acceptable to not pick up trash or give you fresh coffee daily.

From check in to check out was excellent. The grounds and facility is beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the oceanfront view is absolutely stunning. The pool was warm and the gym was perfect to get the job done. I will definitely come back with the family.

recommend this hotel , clean room and nice view. only thing we didn’t like is paying for the parking.

Great room and clean

The view and hotel staff. The ppol was nice and clean and well kept. Cleaniness. Great having at the pool Front desk staff did not feel welcoming. The restaurant was a long wait to be acknowledge for food.

The location No shampoo the bottle was empty. We told the staff and they brought us a new bottle. Sitting outside on the balcony at night water was dripping down on us from above. The last night we were there the tv had no signal so we couldn't watch tv.

The location of the hotel, the room, the balcony, the view, the access to the beach. The inside and outside bar, the bartenders, the deck and rocking chairs. Pleasant staff. Easy and quick check in and check out. We didn't like: The cost compared to other hotels in the area. Having to pay extra for parking. The dogs barking throughout the day and night. The common ladies' room on the first floor lacked toilet paper. The restaurant was mediocre. The restaurant staff was under trained, and it showed in their performance and lack of knowledge of the menu and drinks. A minor language barrier with one of the exchange student servers. Found some added charges on our cc with no explanation of what they are that are not on our final receipt.

Every room is ocean front. I had to pay $15 a day for parking. The prior hotel owner did not charge for parking.
