Quality Inn Ocean City Beachfront

Two things. Cleaning the pool regularly. Its a pool.. chlorine, it’s easy to check the chemicals and balance it. You could see how cloudy/foggy the water looks. Sand sitting at the bottom since the day we arrived. House keeping could be better. I left the door note on the handle with the checked boxes of what we needed the whole day Friday. Came back around 8/9pm and our room was the only one with the note still on the door handle and our towels were still by our door meanwhile other rooms no longer had their towels outside.

I liked the location.

Breakfast was a joke. There were three tables for whole inn. People didn't know what to do. Grab and go😭. Indoor pool, milk water. Rooms not cleaned. This place need deep clean!!!!! You pay just for location!!!!

There was absolutely nothing that we liked ! We considered leaving when we checked in ? The hotel was NOT 100 % smoke free ! People under us or around we couldn’t find where? They were smoking cigarettes or Weed ( skunk smell) We tried breakfast but nothing was available to our liking , The stink came thru our outside door so bad we checked out three days early ! Absolutely will not stay at another Quality inn or recommend one . Worse stay ever and worst vacation EVER !

I was disappointed with my stay at Quality Inn in Ocean City. While the outside of the property is clean and gives a good first impression, the interior is a different story. The hotel is outdated and appears to have been poorly maintained. There was noticeable buildup and residue throughout the room, and the bathrooms, beds, air vents, and other surfaces were not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The pools were also not well maintained and did not appear clean enough to enjoy. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, and unfortunately this property fell well below expectations. With better housekeeping, routine deep cleaning, and updated facilities, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again until significant improvements are made. This version is direct, factual, and more likely to be taken seriously by both management and future guests.

Our room was clean and we loved the ocean view. The breakfast was amazing. The homemade waffles were a hit. Also 2 pools, one inside and outside. Did not disappoint!

Bathroom was not great tub extremely slippery and nothing to hold on to The ladies that were in charge of the breakfast were awesome. I would not be in a rush to stay here again. I’ve stayed at the one on 54th before and I actually thought that’s where I was booking. I’m not exactly sure HOW that happened. The link I. Licked had the photos of the one on 54th with the atrium.

The pool was nice and the access to the beach was a plus- it was a 2 minute walk if that from our room. The only other thing is the walls are VERY thin - we could hear our neighbors just talking, and in the morning you could hear everything going on outside the room door - I think that was my biggest complaint.

The staff were incredibly down to earth and very helpful and attentive to the guests needs. For that reason I would stay there again. I really liked the awning that provided shade on the balcony.

I’m sure this used to be a beautiful hotel when it first opened but it definitely should’ve been taken better care of. The elevator sounds like it’s gonna die any minute. Breakfast could’ve been better for sure without the flys would have been nice. Kids loved the pool area. It wasn’t perfect but the ocean view was for sure. Would I stay here again yea but wouldn’t be my first choice.

The car stays parked the whole time we're there as we walk up two blocks to Happy Jack's and just across the street to Coins for dinner. ALL staff seem to be always smiling and any requests/greetings are met with almost immediate response to our needs. The surrounding area entire parking was always clean. Breakfast buffet had excellent coffee (which isn't always the case for our other locations we've tried). Quality Inn Beachfront is now our favorite place at OC, Maryland. We were welcomed with open arms and left with great memories. Our only suggestion would be to have more fresh fruit which didn't include just oranges and apples - bananas would be welcomed. Finally, it was quiet and conveyed well to all nationalities and personalities.
