Staff was rude lady at the front desk, called the police on me because the ceiling fell on me and I wanted a refund and wouldn't leave it at one ended up getting it after she embarrassed herself

Clean and friendly

The property was very nice and near the location the beach the location was amazing however the only thing I hated was the check-in time was so late so I had to pay extra for earlier check-in time and second the room wasn’t very clean and there was when I went into the room in the bathroom where someone else’s hair shaded day above and what do you like about the property what’s on top of that the body bar we received we took a shower with that it made our body very dry

WiFi was not good and tv kept freezing. Also could not use tv WiFi for streaming devices

Location is good Not handicap friendly. No elevators. Stairs not well lit.

Location was great. Enjoyed use of the pool across the street and easy access to the beach. Stains on ceilings. Balcony falling apart. Water leaking from ceiling. Clogged toilet. NO PHONE IN ROOM. Safety locks broken on room door. Only one light worked in the room out of 4.

Tv remote didn't work. One of the two chairs was broken and unusable. WI Fi was so weak we could not connect most of the time. The ac unit was loud and went on and off every 2 minutes. One of the mattresses was soft and uncomfortable. There was no clock. There were only two plug outlets and they were not located on the side where the beds were. The bathroom floor had a depression. The tub had no slip resistant liner, no soap dish and no towel rack in the tub area. The room was poorly lit.

Upon my arrival, I discovered the restroom in a state of disarray, necessitating immediate cleaning. I also noticed potential mold growth on the ceiling of room 101. I was deeply disappointed with the overall experience of my stay. Notably, I was charged a $50 fee upon arrival, which I was not informed about during the booking process. The photographs displayed on the booking website were inaccurate, as the room was not available until after 3:30 PM. There is no check-in counter at the Simple Life Motel; we had to use the Flamingo Motel!

Location It was a little weatherd

Property was in great location and had everything you needed. Had indoor and outdoor pool nice sea view awesome staff Didn’t have tissues or hand towels but I just use toilet paper and the towels they provided no biggie

Easy access to the beach Apparently there was water leaking from the unit above us so our bathroom, including the stack of towels, was soaked when we arrived. The ice machine did not work, there was no hair dryer as listed on their website.

What I liked the most was one of the restaurants we visited it's called bonefire and the boardwalk is very nice with the fair my daughters enjoyed it a lot What I liked the least was the hotel where we stayed. It was called simple life motel. It was very bad. The experience to start. The first day we arrived. We had asked for 2 rooms. We asked for them one next to each other and the surprise was that they gave us one on the third floor and one on the first floor, but that's nothing, When we entered the room they gave us on the first floor There was a very strong smell of pee that I asked them to please give us another room because that smell was too strong and the response from the manager was if you don't like it, you can look for another place and only a few guys who work there They helped us clean the room to remove the bad and strong that was in that room, and the refrigerator that was on the third floor didn't work they gave us another one that took a long time to cool the food, and thank God we had personal coolers To be able to store the food that we had and it would not be ruined, also the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room also there are no elevators so we had to carry everything up the stairs up to the third floor and also the ice machine does not work either there is no phone in the rooms and also the bathrooms do not have fan so we had to open a small window of the bathroom to circulate the air, the corridors look dirty and smell very bad like pee in reality we had a very bad experience in this hotel and in my opinion that place would have to be closed or they would have to remodel it, and before I forget the television of the rooms do not work either

I liked the location was beachfront and it’s 2 blocks away from tbeginning of the boardwalk Unfortunately when you look at the description and photos of this hotel you think it’s 1 hotel with hits own indoor and outdoor pool but it is NOT you check in at flamingo hotel across the street from it where the outdoor pool is located and then the other flamingo hotel next to that is where indoor pool is located so that is 3 hotels using same pool facility where it can be very crowded and un enjoyable for the family , as it was for the kids the night we arrived our WiFi in our room did not work the 1 st night they said bc of the storm the 2nd day bc it was working at their office across the street they swore up and down it works but didn’t come see for themselves in our room what we were saying to show them it wasn’t working the office staff were nonchalant and had nasty attitudes and didn’t care despite our politeness and trying to let them understand why we were not happy they continued with being smart and rude I called booking the first night she suggested to request to get my money back and check out early and so I asked to get my money back for the second night so we could’ve checked out before checkout time and went elsewhere but they refused and said “you have access to the pool what’s the problem “ very deceiving and I’m not the only guest who was complaining about this if you are going to advertise make sure it’s done in detail for people to know as this trip was for my kids birthday and we booked here thinking it had it’s own for the hotel we were at but we made the best of it despite the attitudes and false advertisement of this place. As far as the room it was clean however the bathroom was outdated no towel rack, the back of the bathroom door was peeling and the bathtub had scum on creases , & bathroom outlet didn’t work also the indoor pool 2 hotel always was dirty had stuff in it

The bathrooms were outdated and the water pressure was low

It clearly states that anyone under 17 is free as long as you have enough beds. We got the suite for 6 people. They charged me for my 2 friends and the kids. I had to go to the office to request a refund. Then my friend needed linens and pillows because one of the beds didnt have anything on it. The staff that brought it started arguing with me over us having 6 people in the room and said we would be charged again. Luckily we havent been yet. However, I still havent received my refund for the 2 under 17.

Severely need work..sliding door barely worked . Floor were soft all through like the were ready to give out. Run down bad.. when told desk about the floors and wanted moved he simply came and jumped on the floor and said it fine. Wouldn't even move us. Horrible experience..wish I could get refunded

Couldn't get the door to stay locked.And when we first got there , the blanket still had stains on it

Room was nice but the outside was rough

Location was perfect Not clean, super outdated, balcony looks like it falling apart. Musty smell, Tv didn’t have any channels, ice machine wasn’t working and looked really unsanitary
