Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites

Ocean front with balcony was lovely. The suites are well appointed and very comfortable. The bartenders were THE BEST! Especially Jo. She was friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing.

This is a beautiful hotel at a great price. I will be back!

Its location was close to restaurants and the boardwalk. The staff was not helpful or responsive during a natural disaster. They continued to encourage people to come to the hotel and refused to give people a refund knowing that there was a nor’easter coming that weekend and it would put people in danger. There actions were irresponsible.

Beach is first. Plenty of room to move in the beautiful suites. Service was excellent. Nice wine in the bar

We were not allowed to cancel 3-night reservation when Nor'easter was causing flooding in Ocean City, MD. I guess we were expected to drive our car through the salt water and flooded streets to arrive in the storm drenched area. Not what I expected from Hilton. Managers were unavailable to talk to over the phone. I had to leave an emailed cancelation request on Friday which was denied 4 hours later as they said the cancelation period was closed 7 days prior to arrival. Unfortunately, the Nor'easter didn't cooperate with the cancelation schedule. I tried calling a manager on Saturday to talk about the reservation but apparently no managers were available. I sent another request to cancel with partial refund but two days later have not received an answer.

Amazing location, great pools 2 outside and 1 inside as well as a hot tub outside. Our room was very unclean on arrival. Toddler greasy hand prints on mirror in bedroom, blood on toilet seat, sand on counter, dripping? Dirty down cabinets in kitchen, 1/4 old pbj sandwich behind sofa pillow, granola bar hanging from but still matted to the sheet, plates and bowls were put back wet so were slimey, the dishwasher didn't drain well, nor the sink in kitchen. Took 5 min or more for half the sink to go down. Etc etc

It was a perfect beachfront location with 3 pools. It was so nice to swim outside in late September. The room was gorgeous with plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay.

The tub in the room is in bad condition. It is not very appealing to look at black scum marks around the tub. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room in general. The hotel really needs some TLC and upgrades.

We overall had a really nice stay. The room was spacious and check-in was fairly quick. The staff checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was okay. The water in our room didn't get super hot but it was warm enough. I admit I like a hot bath though so this could be a me issue. The only real issue I had was the room cleanliness. There was quite a bit of long hair in various rooms. However, I reached out to the front desk about it and they were very quick to respond and remedy the situation. Thank you Gabe! There are many places nearby that are walkable. Higgins is less than 2 blocks away. Just a note- you cannot use your Starbucks app at the location in the lobby. Also, I assumed there was a washer and dryer but there wasn't. This was my fault, but just giving a heads up in case others think the same. You may want to bring a trash bag for sandy clothes. It's a great location and I would definitely stay again.

Room needs updated. Wall paper peeling. Doors and baseboards are chipped. Kitchen cabinets need a good scrubbing. Pool and beach
