Pool side for kids

One of our biggest disappointments was that we lost our son’s shoes during our stay, and unfortunately, no effort or assistance was offered by the staff to help us locate them. The pool was also extremely overcrowded because many people without hotel wristbands appeared to be using the facilities. As paying guests, it was frustrating to see the pool so packed with what seemed to be non-hotel visitors. Another negative experience was at the Starbucks inside the hotel. The older blond woman working there was consistently unfriendly and came across as very rude, which was disappointing. Lastly, our balcony/terrace was covered in bird droppings and clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival, making it unpleasant to use. The hotel has great potential and is in a nice location, but with better upkeep, stricter enforcement of pool access, improved customer service, and more attention to cleanliness, it would provide a much better guest experience.

Been there several times before and it's always the best stay in Ocean City really enjoyed staying at the Hilton Ocean Front always have for several years. Look forward to staying there again it is our number one choice in Ocean City The staff in the front desk could be a little bit more friendlier

It was amazing very relaxed

Hotel was amazing, one stop shop for everything. Hotel was very clean and rooms were very quiet and pool and poolside food was awesome. Would recommend!

It was perfect for our little family

The biggest problem was the lack of hot water and poor water pressure. After spending the entire day out, we returned hoping to shower, only to find cold water and a broken shower handle that spun in circles. The front desk's initial solution was to let the water run, but it never got truly hot. Since maintenance had already left for the evening, our family had to take cold showers. The next morning, two maintenance workers looked at the issue, but neither could fully resolve it. After several hours and multiple follow-ups, we were finally moved to another room with working hot water and better water pressure. Unfortunately, that bathroom also needed a better cleaning. The resort amenities were the highlight: two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a swim-up bar, poolside food service, arcade, gym, bike rentals, restaurant, room service, and direct beach access. However, beach chairs and umbrellas cost extra on the public beach. Overall: Cleanliness 2/5, Amenities 4/5, Stay 3/5. I probably wouldn't return unless the rooms are updated and housekeeping improves.

The hotel was wonderful and had fantastic pools and access to the beach. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening, and the server & bartender were great because we hung out at the bar for awhile after dinner. Front desk staff members that we dealt with were also really great. It was truly not the fault of the hotel, but my husband & I both had the flu for the majority if our stay, but we tried to make the best of it the staff were very helpful in trying to help us get through it and still have the best time possible.

Right on the beach Horrid room for the money. Mattress sank. Place was filthy.

The suite was everything we had thought it would be, lg very clean rooms with a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal.
