Clean room not worth the money I spent

After returning home, I realized that one of my swimsuits was missing from my belongings. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience, especially considering the excellent reputation that Hilton hotels have. I hope the hotel can look into this matter, as I have always associated the Hilton brand with high standards of service, professionalism, and trust.

I had a girls trip with my daughter age 8 the hotel was in the middle of everything we needed. Which was very exciting! We were able to enjoy so many of the local shops. However our room wasn’t as clean as I would like. It was strains of hair everywhere! The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The room rug felt disgusting to touch. There were left hair ties on the floors from the last guest I’m assuming, the shower felt like it had sand in it and my daughter told me on the morning of us leaving the bed had crumbs. The cleaning staff have to do better honestly! It’s also $10 a night to park on their property so just be mindful of that.

The staff at the front desk were also quite rude. When we checked in, the employee made us feel as though she was doing us a favor by helping us rather than welcoming us as guests. Her attitude gave the impression that she either did not enjoy her job or simply did not care about providing good customer service.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay other than at night. The pool lights were way too bright so if you wanted to sit on your balcony and look at some stars or stare at the ocean, you really couldn’t due to the brightness of the pool area lights. Such a Miner thing and it was our only drawback for this hotel.

Overall a nice stay. Some where in the description, I read there was an adult pool. There is no adult pool. Great place for families. I on the other hand, enjoy a hotel a more quiet atmosphere.

The staff was great and accommodating . The cleanliness of the rooms was not great. We did have a great time !

Unfortunately, the customer service could have been much better. Check-in was at 4:00 p.m., but our room was not ready. We had to repeatedly ask the staff for updates before finally getting into our room at 5:30 p.m. It was disappointing to feel as though we had to constantly chase down the staff for assistance. We also felt like we were bothering them whenever we asked for towels or other items for the room, as they were not very pleasant or helpful. Aside from the service issues, the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and in a great location for families.

Everything about our stay was accommodating. We needed extra towels, they provided it. We needed a rollout bed, it was there within minutes of us getting into our room. Staff was great, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were inviting! Overall great stay, great time!
