Surprisingly not bad for the price. On Main Street, close to ocean. Decent room. Easy parking . Pet friendly . I would come again

We had a great stay. We basically only used the room to sleep and shower and it was perfect for just that. We did use the fridge and microwave and loved it was an efficiency room for that matter. But bring your own coffee to brew if you want good coffee lol the one they have was like water no matter how little water you use but that’s small potatoes. Overall we would stay again we actually booked for next year at a much lower rate for people to are past guest

Room was dirty with sand all over the floor and in shower when we checked in. Wall paper was falling off the walls and drop celling in bathroom was falling down . Will NEVER RENT A ROOM HERE AGAIN

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. They even left a broom for us to sweep up some of the sand that always comes in on your feet no matter what. We had a good size refrigerator that could hold all our drinks. We also had a small microwave. We had a drying rack for our towels and swim suits in our room. The balcony was a good size and had 2 chairs and a table. Even when it rained we were able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the bay across the street. The pool was a good enough size and was clean. There was a little vending machine for snacks and drinks. There was also an ice machine. They had luggage carts to help you take your stuff to your room. The hotel was pet friendly and there were several pets there when we were there. The rooms did not smell like animals at all and smelled very clean. The only issue was they didn't have usb ports for your phones and things so make sure you bring your little box to plug your cords in with you. Our clock didn't work but wasn't a big deal because we had our phones. The location to the beach was great and there were plenty of places to eat and shop near by. My family even walked down to the boardwalk. We hardly had to use our car at all during our stay. I will definitely be coming back here to stay again. I also liked the fact that they put our families 2 rooms right next to each other. It made for a really nice and relaxing trip.

It was a great location with an amazing staff. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the space was quiet. I will be coming back for another stay!

Location Room was outdated and dirty

Veryyyy sweet workers! Good reviews on Google which i check everytime i book anywhere. Location was vey good! In the middle. We had a good conversation with every person we encountered. Terry the general manager is a 10/10. Helped us out with different fun things to do while we were there in OC and also I mentioned we were there for my boyfriend birthday and he was very sweet enough to bring him a HBD card. I got the room with two beds and full kitchen and it was very cleaned. I checked for bed bugs and didn’t see a sign of any. The plus was it’s dog friendly. I will bring mine next time and I got to see so many good doggies and you don’t hear them at night. Veryyy clean and i will for sure come back again :D Only thing is the elevator is very slow possibly old and old tv’s haha but those are the only complaints !

Sheets had sand in them, and I did not go to the beach.

Front desk was not manned, waited at least 30 mins to check in. First room assigned was not made, second room smelled awful.

The room really needs updated badly. I had an inch and a half gap at the door that looks like it was pried up at some point. Furnishings were old and scratched up.

We were able to bring our little dogs. Needed a king bed which they had for us. Our grandkids live close to BM and were allowed to use the pool with us. Staff is probably the friendliest group that I ever had during our a stay in OC. Look to return next year!!

The room was just as expected -minimal, but very clean. We only stayed here one night until our condo was available, but the room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the front desk clerk was super friendly. They were pet friendly and that meant the world to us. I would definitely stay here again.

Barking dogs

Everyone was amazing! They knew my puppy’s first name and greeted us everything they saw us! It was a wonderful stay!
