I have stayed at this hotel before and it got worse. The hallways and elevator floors were sticky. This time the WiFi and cable television weren’t working. Thank goodness it was only one night and I will not be returning.

Our room had a kitchenette which was nice but only had a set of 3 dishes. No sponges to clean dishes with. The water pressure in the shower/toilet were not very good. The people who stayed in there before us, left their dirty clothes in the closet. The breakfast was a bit of a deal breaker though, there was a fair amount of seating, but the breakfast area is a small room and set up poorly, eggs didn’t taste very good, and had to wait long for things to get refilled. They didn’t have enough silverware during breakfast time. Same breakfast each morning, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal and some bread items. Parking was fine, never had to fight for a parking spot. It was close by to restaurants, liquor stores etc. and the beach was just a short walk away!

The manager was really held and had a good high spirits. A couple staff members were also kind and personable, i am appreciative which is why I gave 3 stars to say it was OK. but the room was not the cleanest 😩 it was “2” dirty pillow cases, the towels smelled off .. like maybe mildew as if they were left in the washer. The floors outdated with skid marks (that’s owners problem of course), the pull out couch.. wretched really dusty dirty with large brown stains, unbelievable. It just was not a good cleaning job. My family came to enjoy ourselves I don’t get off work much so we made the best of it didn’t complain just asked for new items. I cleaned and disinfected myself upon arrival. Lastly I’m keeping an eye on transactions I was asked for my card three times for a hold and resort fee since I booked 3rd party it makes sense still suspicious. I ended up paying a resort fee of 10$ cash before leaving as the front receptionist suggested. I wasn’t giving my card up a third time. I asked for receipts and wasn't able to get one. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Also to me it was way too much access for outsiders to come in especially from the restaurant, people were cool but it’s not safe at all. Will we return? No, thank you.

Location and modern rooms for price. Could have been cleaner. Doors and elevators dirty. Room floor not very clean. Went to check out gym and that seemed like could use a cleaning also. Odd strong musky air freshener scent pumping as you walk in ground floor. No front desk attendant around when I needed to check out. Waited 10 mins, called hotel and phone just rang and rang. Ended up leaving my door key with a note.

I enjoyed the location, nightlife, the cost and the front desk staff. The entire floor in our room (415) was gritty, sticky and dirty. Our white socks were dirty just walking from the bed to the bathroom. The continental breakfast decent but the coffee was not good.

Everyone was nice. Our ac didn't work upon arrival and then it took hours to cool down. The hallways were dirty and our toilet was broken. We did have a balcony but there were no chairs to sit on to enjoy the view.

How close it was to the beach for a decent price Asked multiple times for towels and a plunger but never got any of those . Found stuff shoved under dressers from not sweeping

The staff was helpful the manger really looked out for me and my wife. I appreciate that The ants but we buy the beach but it wasn’t bad at all they did what they could do for us

If you’re still reading I will leave two compliments. The bed was comfortable and the front desk attendant was kind and apologized. She was aware of the poor housekeeping that seems like an ongoing issue.
