I absolutely loved my stay at Tru by Hilton! My room was ready early and when I arrived, my room was very clean and well stocked! Anytime I need anything like an extra blanket or some extra toilet paper. The staff was there almost instantly! The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. I will definitely stay here again.

First of-all had to pay for parking, second paid $50.00 for something and have not received it back as of yet, said it would be returned in 3days, here itis 8days an d nothing as of yet. Was a very basic Hotel, nothing to write home about. will be sure to be careful not to make the same error twice.

Decent breakfast. Enjoyed the board games. Family friendly.

Walls are thin and the pool area didn’t have towels available at the time. Great location and staff were friendly.

First off …every single staff person was kind, friendly and helpful I arrived on Thursday 9/24 for the Ocean Callings Festival which was fully canceled on Friday We decided to leave Saturday. I went to check out and without me even asking the girl at the desk said we wouldn’t be charged for Saturday or Sunday! That was such an awesome surprise. If you’re in Ocean City and you need an amazing hotel. Please consider them!

The food was good.

We enjoyed our stay at Tru. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to OC, MD, and the location of the hotel was perfect. Complimentary breakfast was also a great bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Other than hotel employee who worked the front desk, the staff needs better training in customer service. They were not too friendly or pleasant, a shame because this is our go to place.

We loved the location and the fully stocked free breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the breakfast was the same food three days in a row. It would be nice to change it up every day with different options. The stay was nice, staff was always available and ready to help. Plenty of parking. Bedding can use a heavier comforter.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is the parking fee. We already spend a lot of money for the rooms but the extra $10 per night for parking is simply outrageous.
