Good rooms but breakfast options are not upto mark - the tv remote was not working and had to follow up multiple times to get another one

Breakfast was good except for the fact that every day sausage was served could have been different. Room was clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful

Also, the free hot breakfast was sub-par. The eggs were watery and hard at the same time. The different types of meat they served look good enough for my dog. They had 2 pancake machines, one of which was out of order the whole time, the other was dishing out runny uncooked pancakes. On a positive note, they did have "homemade" yogurt that was delicious. And there were several great restaurants across the street. It wasn't the worst experience of my life, but I would not stay here again. There are better options out there.

Room was clean. But main entrance trash was full to capacity. Looks like it was not emptied in a few days. Breakfast options did not taste great.

Main issues we encountered was we were disappointed by the lack of storage and closet space. Our pillows had very little support left in them, and there was a loud buzzing air conditioning unit that vibrated the room frequently.

Front desk seemed always distracted when standing in front of them.

I had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton in Ocean City. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options, and the free parking was a huge convenience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely return.

Everything was awesome, the staff are helpful, room is cleane, love the view of the bay from my 5th floor room.ample parking the vicinity is awesome breakfast was good and coffee is always available.. thank you I will stay there again in the future

Clean hotel No draws no safe no closet small room

Location -Front Desk staff was delightfully, helpful and extremely friendly -my son loved your bath products, especially the lemon scented bath soap/body wash The common area was disgustingly dirty I have never seen seeds chairs tables that had so much dirt and grime. I didn’t even want to sit touch or go near. And honestly, very expensive what you aren’t given scratchy towels that aren’t very big cheap toilet paper… No bacon at breakfast not everyone eats sausage that is watery. The eggs looked green.

A really nice property! Very clean, very welcoming staff, large rooms, and good amenities. The free hot breakfast was actually better than expected.Didn't get a chance to try out the swimming pool but it looks nice and has great views of the neighborhood. Hotel is located pretty much in the middle of the main thoroughfare and near everything. Definitely worth the price of staying. I will look here first next time I'm in town.

have basically no complaint. Do wish I had access to a broom. As we ended up tracking sand in and couldn't really clean it ourselves.

Great location free parking good breakfast

Found a red and brown stain on the bedding when I check in. The gentleman up front was very helpful but I had to change my own bedding. I understand it is a budget hotel but that seemed ridiculous that I had to tell the bedding. Other than that everything was great
