Had a pleasant day definitely looking forward to going back

Location was perfect

I was promised a refund for our stay from the front desk and never received one. Rooms had cigarette burns in the sheets, and multiple different kinds of bugs seen crawling through out the room. We stayed one out of three nights we booked. Will never come back or recommend this resort. May never even come back to the state of Maryland again because of the bad taste this hotel left in my mouth.

Breakfast was nice,comfortable setting, courteous service. Hotel personnel was professional and polite. Room was nice, comfortable, clean and the view was awesome

Resort type hotel right on the beach happy hour with rock band playing on a Monday afternoon, Good value for money spent easy parking,

Try the breakfast buffet and go Hungry! You will not regret it, and you definitely get your monies worth! The rooms are cozy. It is not new or boujee, but it is clean and nothing major to complain about. Coconuts bar was nice and the happy hour special is two for one drinks!! WIN!! Guests of Hotel get in at 4:45 and you get to beat the outsiders for seats and drinks :) We were there for our 24th wedding anniversary during the 2026 Nor' Eastern and made the best of it! We will be back!

Front desk was awesome. Room needs a little upkeep. Great view of the beach and Coconuts was a great little spot for live music

Very nice property. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The location is close to the boardwalk and other attractions.

The initial unit we were assigned had black mold in the furnace closet and possibly in the furnace. So we asked to change. The second unit was an abominable condition. While it didn't have black mold, it did have a significant dust on louvred doors to furnace closet and excessively full filter from lack of changing. A broken door to the oven. Food on the walls. Dust on the ceilings and walls. A lint catch & behind it in dryer packed w/ lint & a fire hazard. A bed made up with pizza grease stain on sheets and a dust pan worth of debris in sheets. A piece of molding suspended from living room ceiling w/ scotch tape. Staff quickly set about to give us a new oven. But barely took the time to clean the garbage out from under the old one, much less mop - so I used a kitchen towel water and soap to clean the wall, side of refrigerator & floor, before they put the new oven in. They fixed the molding and the lint holder in the dryer. But all of the rest did not get addressed until the following day after. We were given clean bedlinens and had to make our own bed only to have a horrible night sleep on a very creaky bed.

Location Nothing

Check in was smooth. The room was not the cleanest. The staff just seemed a little uninterested in everything. No one was smiling or made you feel welcome. It didn't feel as if anyone actually made eye contact.

How close or was top the beach, friendly staff, and clean cottage. That my Oceans Calling music festival was canceled after I showed up!!!

We liked the close location to the beach and coconuts the beautiful flowers The shower is very small

Convenient location in Ocean City, onsite bar and restaurant, live entertainment daily, room accommodation. We were on the second floor of a 'cottage' located along Coastal Highway, but with easy access to the beach.
