Oceanfront room with balcony nice. Pool was large but a bit crowded. Folks had to migrate from the beach to the pool due to the historic jellyfish invasion.

The entrance to the north wing of the hotel is absolutely had trash cans outside the elevator and entrance of the floor. Absolutely not hygienic.

Very close to the beach so that was very convenient. I must say the rooms were clean, but it was so old and outdated. I wouldn’t stay there again. The staff was pleasant but again the rooms were so old and outdated. It’s not for me even if just for one night

Solid 3 only good if bar usage or family back up plan; outdated but a solid 3, not 3.5 by a mile.

Furniture old and worn out, very expensive for low quality suite, bathroom door rusty snd peeling, showet dirty, old tiles, closet doors didnt work, balcony door lock broken, toilet didnt flush well. Elevator very slow. Room right next to coconuts, very loud and bad music, very smoky and smelly on balcony when restaurant closing and cleaning grill. Cracks in foundation on balcony, old and falling apart.

I stayed only for one night and oceanfront room was stunning! The hotel has a direct beach access which is awesome however the only thing is building is outdated for sure but i like the vintage decoration though. Free parking is a big plus! Location is convenient.

Entertainment is a 10/10 outside of coconuts the kids activities are fantastic and the ladies who run it go above and beyond. I also hope the hotel sees this because I went to the 3rd floor north towers cleaning service room to ask for an extra garbage bag and it is absolutely way too hot in there for the cleaning people. They bust their butts and end up in a room with no air on at all. Very neglectful for people who help keep that place running and clean. GIVE THEM A FAN!!!

The staff was wonderful Expensive, very small bathroom.

We had an ocean view but there was Bird doo all over the window. We were placed in the oldest part of property. The elevator was very slow and smelly. Paint pealing in corridors. Mattress very uncomfortable. Chambermaid very helpful and polite front desk also very nice. It was mostly the ascetics of the property.
