Staff was nice.

Quick checkin/out. Clean pool. Room was nice. Could have had better blackout curtains on ALL windows. Would come back again.

The location was good. It was clean, quiet, pool was nice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. Parking was good. Had a great time! The beds were hard

The beds were awful! So small and the sheets were paper thin. I loved the location, so close to the boardwalk. The coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. The bathroom sink makes no sense. It was so shallow.

My recent stay was a truly positive experience. The customer service provided was exceptional, and the staff were very attentive. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property. Furthermore, the location was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Room was convenient and available early. First floor was nice for unloading and packing up and right across from the pool, which was nice. The only issue with the room was that the mini split wasn't working. Seemed to be a communication error with the thermostat. It should be an easy fix for maintenance. Just need to reset the thermostat and the mini split at the same time to reconnect. Other than that it was great!

I was so pleased with our stay at Dunes Court. I have always liked the 1950's/1960's era motels, and when I was planning a quick getaway to the beach, I explored our options. Dunes Court did not disappoint! The rooms were updated, and clean. The chairs and small table on the balcony were the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and wind down after the evening. The pool was perfect, the location was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay there again!

I loved the closeness to the beach. The staff were very friendly. I didn't like the steps.

I would not stay here again. The night staff was rude. I’m not sure why my room had two air conditioning units in it and neither was controlled by the thermostat. There were bugs flying around the room. The beds weee not comfortable. The housekeeper and maintenance man were very nice.

The location is absolutely perfect! The hotel is a bit older but very well-maintained and in good condition. We spent three nights here and have zero complaints. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It was actually quite for it’s location so sleeping was good .. we will be back soon .

How the beach was right behind the hotel It was rainning

Friendly and helpful staff, great pool area and close to the beach and boardwalk. Have stayed here many times looks like they recently renovated some things was a great stay.

My experience here was wonderful. I mentioned we were there for my birthday and Angelica at the front desk offered to upgrade us to a suite that was open. It was wonderful, and so thoughtful of her. The entire place was so clean and well taken care of. I have found my place to always stay at in Ocean City! There was not one thing I did not like. Rooms were cleaned daily, beds were so comfortable. My entire stay was great!

It was very clean, close to the boardwalk and comfortable. The air conditioner looked dirty inside. The shower temperature was very difficult to control and always felt too hot or too cold.
