Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Ocoee

Great breakfast! Parking was extra but I should have expected that.

The breakfast was great N'\A

For 1 1/2 days, we had no hot water. The bathtub was a disgrace: there was some sort of hardened scratchy sandy layer on the floor of the bathtub, which was probably to prevent slipping. Because I was trying to take a bath, I sat down and promptly abraded my bottom. And to make matters even worse, the tub was very shallow, and there was no plug for the tub, so I could not fill it up. No bath for me at all. Weary travelers like to soak in a tub, and this was a rude welcome. Yes, there was a hot tub available, but considering that the bathtub had so many issues, I had no faith that the hot tub was going to be properly sanitized.

First has to be MARIANNE at the front desk! She is the main reason I would stay here again! She went above and beyond to work with us in order to make sure our specific needs were met. I loved that they had an Emergency phone in handicapped bathroom, which is a great idea. Just FYI toilets are low height in non-accessible bathrooms with no grab bars but accessible bathroom is perfect toilet height (my handicapped mom is 5'8") with grab bar. We had one of each type of room. Pool looked clean and inviting, unfortunately we did not have time to use it or partake in the breakfast. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were spacious.

Exceptional

Short stay, but no complaints

Superb

The hotel’s policy of cleaning. There isn’t daily up keeping of rooms. They only clean twice a week.

The room had ants

Everything was great! Convenient. Great location! Rooms were comfortable!

Very good

Parking great, very clean the room ando the proprietie in general, staff great, I didn’t take breakfast so I can’t talk about it, everything was very good in my 3 nights, only one thing, I couldn’t watch TV I try to put on the channels and doesn’t work, sadly. But is ok, I enjoyed the place, nice pool too

What a horrible experience I have with your hotel The front desk person doesn’t know how to help the people out

Breakfast the waffles was a hit. Food was not good on certain days no front help in the night.
