I can tell you what I did not like, I was there for 3 days with a friend, only one roll of toilet paper and one wash cloth, I went to front desk in a nicely fashion asking for another wash cloth and roll of toilet paper, was turned away , then went a 2nd time finally got items... that was poor service you gotta jump through hoops to get important items

The location and basic appearance were appealing. Upon entering the hotel there was an odd odor. We inquired if there was a mold issue as my daughter is extremely sensitive,and we were told by the evening front desk staff to " go look in the room because even if you don't stay you will be charged and need to take it up with Booking.com.". Sure enough there was mold! Mold on the lampshades, mold on the electrical outlets, mold on the wall. We My daughter was forced to use her emergency inhaler before we even exited the hotel. We took pictures and informed the front desk that we needed to speak with management as this was unsafe and in no way should we be forced to pay for a room that is unsafe and uninhabitable. We shared the photos.We were told we would need to email and call or come back in the morning and then also take it up with a Booking.com. We did both. I am still waiting for confirmation via my credit card statement that the charges were reversed.

When we first walked into our room, there was no bedspread on the bed. We called and asked for a bedspread and they brought one, but it had a stain on it. We took it down to get another one. They gave us a mattress cover so it took three tries to get a bedspread or blanket. Also, when my spouse first used the commode, it was stopped up and we had to call to get it unstopped. There was no remote TV changer in the room so we had to go down and get one. There was only about a half roll of toilet paper on the toilet tissue holder so we had to get another one. They did not have any Kleenex.

Clean room great staff. Very helpful. Clean property. Carlos makes sure everything is up and running good it's very quiet and comfortable. I'll definitely be back.

It looks like there has been effort to update the property. The fact that you must sign a document stating the fees for missing towels and other items in the room make it clear the kind of clientele that frequent the hotel. The smell was not pleasant. The floor was noticeably dirty. There was a hole in the kitchenette countertop where the cook top used to be. No storage in the shower. I had to set my shower items on the toilet and open the shower curtain to get them. Only one washcloth. One coffee pack. No creamer or sugar. The gentleman who checked me in late at night was very pleasant, I don't remember his name. The lady working during the day, Adriana, did not offer a solution when I asked for more coffee. She looked in the back, but said they were out and that was that. I ended up going to the gas station and buying my own. When i asked the gentleman at the desk that evening if there was any coffee, he saw there wasn't any in the back, but he told me he'd have maintenance send some up. I wasn't sure if i would actually see any, so i went back to the gas station for some to jave on hand for the next morning. When i returned there were two coffee packs in my door, so that was nice that he actually found a solution and followed through. Many cockroaches seen in the room, which is normal for these type of weekly and monthly stay establishments.

Location The room was very smelly. They told us that it was because of some cleaning that they did also, the walls were paperthin. You could hear the people you could hear the TV. I had a file a complaint about the people arguing.

found 2 small roaches in my room and the AC unit was full of mold, the maintenance guy was very nice to come clean it, I asked to change rooms but that wasn’t possible, the elevator was extremely slow, I never write reviews unless I clearly see something Good or bad

This hotel is exactly what I needed for an extended stay.

It was a great stay! Great communication and perfect location. Would stay there again!!!

Next to the hospital They have German cockroaches.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always peaceful and quiet that’s why I keep returning here

The room was clean Stayed here for 2 nights, they have a $50 incidental charge (normal). We did what normal people would do when they stay at a hotel. We slept, we showered, we were rarely there. I showered twice there Friday evening, Saturday morning used same towel, I showered somewhere else Saturday evening my husband showered there 3 times using the same towel to dry, we didn't use any of the washcloths while showering because we use our own things from home. We did, however, use towels, normal usage drying off after a shower, no extreme dirt because we use net cloths to clean and we scrub to not to have residual dirt. But I did use one washcloth to wipe something off me makeup or something but it wasn't a full face of makeup, something small. After checkout we left and I checked my bank account. I had a extra $25 charge on my account, I called the hotel to see why, they tell me that the towels and washcloths were dirty, and it's $50 (my incidental charge) per towel, because they can't clean them and $25 per washcloth, because of the one washcloth was dirty. So in total $75 for a towel and washcloth. It is a scam, and I will be disputing the charge. If it was extreme I wouldn't be bothered, but it was normal use. And I asked her are we not supposed to shower or use the supplied towels and wash cloths out of fear of being overcharged. She stated they were dirty to the point of they wouldn't be able to get them clean, which is not true but this was ten minutes after we left the hotel so they didn't even try to clean them. I then told her when we got there one of the towels had hair already on it, but it wasn't something to fuss about we just used another one and put that one to the side. Watch out for this hotel... I did have a list of things that they would charge for if they were missing from the room when we checked out but I did not know it went to this extreme.
